Came in today looking for some balloons and a gift card however when I asked several employees about the balloons that were knotted it seems like they heard what I said but I was ignored. I stood there for a few minutes but no one acknowledged me or came to unknot or even help me take the knotted balloons apart for purchase. I ended up just leaving the balloons. During my checkout Pamela was very helpful giving me info about the gift card and politely checking me out. The rest of the employees must do better.

Disturbing And Disgusting Behavior! Called To See If A Package Was There And I Was Completely Disrespected By Some Lady Over The Phone, She Was Rude And So Ignorant. Then this women puts me on hold to speak to a supervisor who wasn’t the supervisor and this was nasty and hung up. I called Headquarters and made a formal complaint, then I was transferred to the real supervisor who was a lot nicer, and she actually listened, found my package to still be at the same location for 8 days even though they are only supposed to keep the package 5 days. You people need to do better, your pathetic excuses for an existents relies on the people you serve, it don’t pay to be nasty and rude. This location is horrible to the community, I definitely will not recommend this place. Go anywhere else. The disrespect is insane! The made up rules they have are a problem! Listen to people when they tell you not to come here.

Waited on pick up prescrip.prescription. line for 20 minutes. Than was asked to wait 30 minutes for 3 items to be filled. 1 hour later told last 3 were OTC. I could pick up myself. The incompetence is unconscionable. Please review your processes in this store. I was so angry I did not spend my money on the store. I am going elsewhere

This pharmacy is the worst when it comes to costumer service. Bad approach to costumers and have to wait a long time for my prescription. The lady in the pharmacy pretended to be busy with 2 costumers only.

They need to fire the Eastern European Pharmacy head here, the staff is very rude and overall bad service. The head of Pharmacy here is very confrontational and aggressive towards the customers. Walgreens please take note of this Pharmacy employee because this person needs to be investigated. Walgreens Pharmacy employees should not threaten their customers. I will try to find out the name of this employee, the employee is Albanian and very Rude.

This drug store is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. Today I returned and found the hours had been reduced and service didn't start until 10. I have a cardiac issue, and they are closed on Sunday also. So that meant after release from Montefiore on Saturday I was unable pick up a very critical med. Also, the speed at which they fill an order and the importance they put on lunch hour is ridiculous. Why doesn't one person at a time take lunch? I have noticed that this place is not busy as in the past. Why? Probably because of low to non existent inventory, reduced hours and shabby service. For two days I have been trying to pick up an out of stock medicine in the rain and cold after a series of hospitalizations. The final nail in this stores coffin? No delivery in the immediate area. I was told to go to the website and have it sent Fed Ex. That's not service. I am going to look at the other pharmacies in the Jerome Gunhill business district and find another local pharmacy that offers some service and select another pharmacy as my preferred provider for my doctor's to send my scripts to. I have had it with this place.

They close early and always a line. You can do store pick up though... You probably still have to wait on the long line though ?

This Walgreens doesn't honor exchange or gives you a refund for the item you buy here even if you have the receipt of your purchased item. 2 nights ago I bought an item at this Walgreens location I opened the item and found out it wasn't the right item I needed I went back to the store with the receipt spoke to the cashier who rang up my item then either the store manager or assist store manager looked at my item asked me if I opened it I said yes then he gives it back to me and says he can't exchange it or give me a refund even with the receipt I couldn't believe what I was hearing I paid $16.99 for this item and he couldn't do either for me I threw the item away and walked out of the store shocked and very surprised I say this to anyone who shops here be careful and make sure what you buy here you'll need and go through what I went through at this Walgreens location

This place is always a mad house whether you go at 9 am or 9pm expect a long line for checkout - No one is available to assist you on the floor and the security guard is always watching a particular profiled individual if your skin is colored and never the real shoplifters - Sad to say but I’m use to being profiled by my own kind more than any - especially on the Bronx - doesn’t happen to me anywhere else - but I usually watch the thieves as security watches me doing nothing lol hilarious

This place went from a bad rite aid to a terrible walgreens. Not worth the time of day for any item. They don't even serve the low income community that surrounds it by not accepting medicare
