Pharmacy has terrible customer service. It seems they're very busy and can't keep up with the workload/consumer needs. Staff are not very helpful in general. Sometimes they say the prescription is ready and it's not. There are long wait times in person and on hold on the phone.

And they are always neat and tidy.

Not sure why this pharmacy has such a low rating. I just got off the phone with pharmacy and they helped me with what I needed. I'm very grateful as I'm not feeling well.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! This Walgreens location has a great manager and staff! PREYA is a leader and great Person/Manager! She is never too busy to assist me. Special mention goes out to DIANA, JEAN, VEE, MIKEY, DIAMONIQUE, LATOIKA & JO. Thanks for all of your help. The staff are very Professional, Friendly and Courteous. I like how clean the place is and how well stocked the shelves are. I will always recommend this Walgreens location to everyone I know.

Worst pharmacy ever! Received call that my meds were ready. Went to pick them up and not only were they not ready, i had to wait well over an hour. This happened 3 times. I’m sure I am not the first customer they’ve driven away. CVS, here I come.

Went to this store today and was told by a Spanish lady that I could not exchange an item I purchased from another store. She said to go back to the store I purchased it from. She did not even scan the receipt. Completely and out of place. The corporate office should have a policy that explains to the workers and to people that patronize this store.

This place is very short staff, the Pharmacy is always swamped and medication runs out. It is very hard to get anyone over the phone.

I walked into Walgreens today frustrated over continues issues with my prescription coverage. I walked in upset and when my turn was called up by the young lady at the pharmacy register I immediately demanded to speak to a manager. Thankfully the young lady at the register Pharmacist Technician Naeli ask me if she could try and assist me first. I agreed and thru her patience and professionalism she resolved my issues. Naeli you are an asset to Walgreens. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I really appreciate it.

If I could give zero stars, I would
The pharmacy has absolutely the worst customer service, not only in person, but also via telephone
They keep you on hold for over 45 minutes and continuously hang up. The attitude that these employees have is absolutely disgusting. If you don’t like your job, then leave it! Would not recommend this location To anyone

Called and left on hold for an hour. Then they finally pick up and immediately end the call. Unbelievable. I won't be back.
