Extremely understaffed. I was waiting on the long for over 15 minutes. Needs to hire more pharmacist. In the age of AI and 2 day delivery expectations there is no reason for me to be waiting in line this long for a prescription.

Always packed always one cashier it’s more lack of staff than anything I don’t blame the workers but bro how my doctor sent something last week I come in and it’s still not ready then I have to wait a few more hours for them to actually gather everything together to then not even fill up the prescription, now I gotta go back in 10 days to get a refill…

The pharmacy department is a mess. Always long lines and long waiting time to pick up prescriptions no matter what time or day. I've tried going early morning, afternoon, evening with same results. Some system review/improvement needed. Or maybe they need more staff or staff that work faster. Very inefficient. You better have time or can stand for long or don't go

I can't wait to see these pharmacies close down for good, and Amazon take over the space. The staff seems to be nothing but DEI employees, they were giving the job not because they are qualified or capable of doing the job, but because they have to be included. I am standing in the pharmacy and watching them. I drove 30 minutes while being on hold to see this happening.

Service at the pharmacy is horrible. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, you are waiting for atleast 30min to get to the counter. Whether There is one person ahead or you or 10 , and 3 staff behind the counter, prepare to wait. Staff move as if there is noone waiting

I came here Monday August 19th at 6:50pm. I just left at 8:00pm. All the staff members were horrible. This young black man with braids was lazy to create my same day desk calendar after waiting for so long. The girls were rude too and had attitudes. If you don’t like your customer service job then quit. That simple.

There seems to be a pattern in this Walgreens. The pharmacy staff is just not competent enough at the end of the day. They should hire people with experience and once you have a good group of people they should keep them because it’s like a revolving door. New people there on a weekly basis. As what should be a respectable pharmacist you should never lie to patients that already have enough to deal with. This place lies at the drop of a hat. You may ask yourself why go there? It’s simple it my nearest location and as a patient a lot can fall through the waste side based on our limits. i still always hope that it gets better in thi pharmacy. sucks if this is your pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy! I hate going there but my local Rite Aide closed , have no choice. They are getting way more customers so they need to increase the staff. Maybe then they will have a better attitude. The communication is poor and not mention always long lines and wait time. Need to text customer when medication are filled and ready

Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever seen. The store was dirty and the staff was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The pharmacy closed off well before the advertised closing time. Please ask your health care provider to send your meds to a different pharmacy. This one isn't it.
