There's a problem with the website and app. It states that the Pharmacy is temporary closed, but it's not, it is open but shorthanded so it closes earlier than expected.
So please fix this. Otherwise I don't have any problems

I have been calling for 5 days, waited 2 to 3 hours and then the phone will hung up at me, this happened again and again. My medications is always out of stuck not matter is i requested before finishing them, i have to spend days and days without my medications. They don't call you to tell you they are waiting or need anything so you can fix before coming at the store, waited a hour in line to be told oh they need to do whatever and to come back tomorrow and this is like a vicious circle that keep happening and happening.

Try going to the Walgreens on 161street. They need more cashiers and more people working on the floor in case people needs something from the glass case.

Everything is always out of stock, the lines are always long, the customer service is also lousy. I needed help with a FedEx pickup an the cashier, a ligh skin black woman with brown hair medium built was huffing and puffing as if I was bothering her. If you hate your job then just quit

What a difference between this store and the one on Crosby and Robert ave, the employee that take care of me was so polite and diligent, no issue, no problem I didn’t have to wait 6 hour to get the medication 15 minutes max. They should take the team in this store to train the team at Walgreens in Crosby Ave so the can see the correct way to treat a customer!!
