I have been trying to contact someone in the pharmacy for weeks!!! Every time I call the recording says I have 1 caller ahead of me, then changes up to say staff is answering other call... mind you I have been holding on for 2 hours as of right now. This place is a joke. Its now 6pm and finally the phone starts ringing for the pharmacy to pick up and its closed!!!smdh... Corporate I suggest you do something with this location which includes a major overhaul of staff or close this location.... With all of the bad reviews here from customers I don't know how this store is still open!!!

the lines are long but i’m not complaining it’s not the employees fault mad people bombard them at once, they’re just doing their job as quickly as possible to assist and for that i appreciate their service. i’m appreciative for a Walgreens in the community

The service here is not good at all calling from a provider's office holding on for 45 minutes no one takes the time to talk to you on the phone all they do is pick up and put you on hold over and over again. The Customer services here is extremely poor.

This place is HORRIBLE and it all starts with Managment ! THE store manger has a nasty attitude all the time! They never have anything in stock, also don’t buy food from here the rats and mice love to run though I wish I had the videos of the rats playing tag by the chips and crackers, all of the workers have nasty attitudes I wish I could give ZERO STARS

I was recently transferred to this pharmacy and have been out of my prescribed medication for over a week. The communication, customer service and management style at this facility has been the worst. They capitalize on the most vulnerable population. Refuse to pick up the phone or meet with customers without providing any avenue of resolution. Dealing with this has been the worst and would like others to know WE deserve better. I hope the message reaches the higher ups of this company and make a significant change with providing customers better service along with more effective communication. We deserve better!

One of the worst Walgreens, not enough staff in the pharmacy not enough staff in the front. Long lines Alarm ringing over and over again for different departments and no one showing up for over a half hour

The worst pharmacy ever longest lines they don’t answer the phone and if they do they rush you out the phone or hang up the line is extremely long everyone is sick and coughing the pharmacy techs the pharmacy assistants and the pharmacist it’s self are rude and angry the customer service is horrible all they say is we are doing the best we can with one person handing out prescription I been calling since 9 am no one answers I am at the line it’s been an hour they are soon to go in lunch break don’t come here your rather off at a small pharmacy where they appreciate there customers

I tried calling the pharmacy for the past three days. They had me on hold for hours at a time. Every time that the voice prompt said I was the next one on line, someone at the pharmacy section picks up the phone and hangs up. This is frustrating when you are trying to transfer your medications to a different pharmacy to get your meds. There are a lot of customer complaints for this store. I hope that this is the next Walgreens’s that closes. The only way to wright a negative review is if you rate this review a one star. Unbelievable!

the pharmacy does not answer the phone. they will leave you on hold for 40 minutes to an hour just to hang up when you’re finally the next caller. this has happened to me twice so I know they were doing it on purpose

I previously used the Rite-Aid pharmacy on 242, but they're forwarding all calls and medications to this Walgreens. Perhaps the Walgreens is understaffed, but there's no reason a customer should be hung up on multiple times and on hold for more than an hour total every time they need to speak to someone. I'm not sure which pharmacy I'll ultimately use if the Rite-Aid is unavailable, but it definitely won't be this one. I can't imagine Walgreens would operate its store this way in a more affluent neighborhood.

Should have given a zero ⭐ but it doesn't give the choice. Waited on phone for 45 minutes!!! Only to tell me that I now have to wait another 16 hours for my much needed medication. What a waste of health.Thanks Walled Green!!!
