I love this place I come all the way from Queens to get service done. They're awesome, I recommend you speak to Joel very very nice guy, all the mechanics are good there's robbery in every auto place but theses guys are honest. Will keep coming until I move out the state. Joel and the guys keep it up

I've been meaning to write a review of this business for some time. I came across Bronx Auto Repair within the last year when I was in the process of purchasing an older used vehicle in the area and wanted it to be inspected by a mechanic. Not only were Frank and his team diligent and reasonable, but I have since brought the car I purchased back for any repair/improvement I've ever needed. It has been a relief to find such an outstanding auto shop that has offered guidance with everything from mystery hazard lights appearing to discovering that a mouse had made a home in my car. It's especially valued as a young woman knowing very little about cars to work with such an honest and helpful group of mechanics. Can't recommend this place enough!

Have been using this shop for years. I will never take my car elsewhere. Starting from my first car out of high school (2000 Mitsubishi Galant) to my current baby (2018 Honda Accord) any oil change, flat tire and various issues I've had has been taken care of by BX Auto Repair Corp. The service is impeccable, and Frank the owner and his staff always make me feel like family. They have towed me out of a sticky situation, saved my Mitsubishi from certain death and did all the maintenance on my Corolla before I drove cross country. They have earned my trust and loyalty as a customer.

Awesomely awesome to say the least. Frank and his staff member were very very nice. The service (windshield, inspection & both full wipers) was very quick (quicker than they estimated) and very inexpensive. I definitely recommend this repair shop that offers all services.

I have been coming here for YEARRSSS as the staff does GREAT work, fast and do not over charge and explain all the work they have done and show you. Here is my issue.....As someone stole me passenger side mirror...I came here for just a mirror. I speak to Joel whom informs me to call in morning the person who does this has left for the day. No problem.. I call today explain the situation and Nancy gets the person who does the work. This RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL fool gets on the phone and ask WHAT DO I WANT..I could NOT believe it I thought It was a joke...I said um is this the person that does the mirrors YEA what do you want...(UNREAL). I tell him I spoke to Joel and he took pictures and he told me to call back. Person says ok let me speak to Joel. AND HANGS UP. I thought it was by mistake and called back....Again Nancy gets him on the phone and I could NOT believe what this idiot had the nerve to say to a loyal paying customer...WHAT LADY I TOLD YOU I DONT HAVE IT. and he hangs up AGAIN!!! Now I am LIVID!!! I call back ask for the owner...So owners are not around. Nancy calls the floor manager, no other than JOEL. And this idiot makes excuses for this person like its ok for him to hang up on customers and answer the phone: WHAT DO YOU WANT like he is at home. I will NEVER take my car here again!!! I will find a new repair shop. And I will be stopping by to speak to the owner who I know VERY well and is always professional.

First time i take my car to this machanic shop they fix my car and they give me a good price .last time different repair shop fix same thing and i pay lot more and i go twice for same problem. this guy fix it first time. i am happy with work and price and public dealing.
