The female teller was helpful but the male teller (overweight, medium complexion) was extremely rude and condescending towards my father when he came in today, asking him if he knew if he was at the right bank. Deplorable, to insult an elderly person. On top of that, it was the teller who couldn’t read the account information correctly as the female teller had no problem fixing the issue! She gets 4 stars, he gets zero and is fortunate I couldn’t accompany my father to the bank today.

Waited 6 weeks to speak with a banker at the location. The day before my appointment I get a call stating the banker is off?? this location is a joke.

Racist and judgmental. I don’t know who hired these people to work at Wells Fargo branches anyways but they need much better training for “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!

“There is only 1 employee currently working and she is going to lunch soon for 30-45 minutes before she takes the next client.” Everywhere i’ve worked has a set lunch time period not a range, and also how is there only 1 employee who can help anyone at 14:00? Rude. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.

I am leaving this review as a former account holder yet also as someone who has to go here since my Mother has her account there. I will get right into why I left one star. It isn't the staff which were all great when I opened the account. There are plenty of businesses around. Places to eat, shop, buy plants, even go for drinks. However there is no parking, and being this is in the middle of so many businesses of course no drive through ATM. The reason for my one * review is because there is only one ATM and during Covid it was the worst with a line going outside the bank and down the street. Since then it has tapered down. However imagine you are in a rush and need money but get to the bank with five people on line? My main issue is 8 out of 10 times you go deposits are always unavailable. I went just now to put in a check after midnight. I get to the bank and YEP DEPOSITS UNAVAILABLE!! My Mother needed this check to go in since she is sick and I can't make it til after midnight. This is always an issue. There is space for more than one ATM but nope! Add more atms and when a service is unavailable make it fixable sooner rather than later. I am glad I don't do my banking here anymore.

I checked the time before , going 9:30-4:00 the bank was closed,there were a lot of men in hazzard suits spraying. Lobby was open for Atm but it would not give me the amount needed.they need to post if they are closed and when they will re-open. I have to travel by public transportation from far. 3 buses.

This bank does not want consumer business based on the way they treat their customers. I was making a $25 per week deposit electronically from another bank to a WF Savings account and they locked my account and flagged it as "inactive" because they do not recognize electronic deposits from another bank as meeting their activity minimums. I was sent an email that need me to respond to within 24 hours which I did not see within their timeframe. Thus I had to go to a branch in person during the business day to release my funds. I closed the account. The person I spoke to in customer service on the phone showed no desire to help me or retain me as a customer. I am an Accountant and owner of a large accounting firm in NYC and will never recommend WFB to any of my clients based on my customer experience. The banker that helped me in the branch was very nice and was surprised to find out there was such a short window to respond. He was very helpful and I only wish him well when he moves on in his career to a Bank that respects and wants to help their customers. Mark
