I’ve been to this super market 2 times and both times my food was spoiled or rotten . I bought a watermelon simply juice , me and my daughter was drinking some until I noticed a smell. I smell the bottle , It smells like dead rat . I bought meat from here ( ribs ) , I left out for 6 hrs to unfreeze and cook , when I open it the meat it had a very bad smell . I tried to wash the meat but the smell wouldn’t go away , this also happen with ground beef . The meat smelled like it was in the heat for three days . They need to start checking their food . This all happened to me within the 3 weeks.

In this supermarket I don't live that far but the customer service is not good like they're spanish and I'm spanish and like they're customer service is not good the supermarket is pretty nice but like this one dominican girl that has a bad attitude that works theyre I prefer to go to food bazaar

I find the manager or whoever provides voids for a cashier rude. She ALWAYS has a nasty look on her face when im there. But when she running her mouth with some guys there, she smiling big as hell.
Also they are slow as hell.

Though it's not my favorite supermarket it is convenient and good for certain items. At times they have the best fresh vegetables in the neighborhood, though not as large a selection as Bogota.

Asked to use the bathroom, then seen a man on the floor with his eyes wide opened. Looks like he was on drugs or something. To be quite honest he looked dead.
They did not clear the store, manager didn’t even stay to see if the guy was ok. He went back to doing his job..
They assured me they were going to handle it. Not sure how that went.
I couldn’t use the bathroom for obvious reasons,. Asked if there was another bathroom I could possibly use.. manager said no then walked away..
I tried to tell them I had an emergency.
The workers assured me there was another bathroom I can use., but the manager said no I can’t use it.
It not my fault someone was passed out in the customer bathroom.
Bathroom is a right, not a privilege… Guy needs to be fired

Bait and switch. They advertise 29 cents per pound for quartered chicken legs and when you get there its 99 cents per lb. They have 25 cents for 1 lb brick of butter, but then say limit 2 and with 30 dollar purchase. None of this is mentioned in the flyer

I like this supermarket, I like that the bread is always fresh, you find a wide variety of foods and very fresh items, the staff is always very attentive and willing to help, the flowers they sell are beautiful.
