So I came in and waited approximately 8 minutes in line with one person being helped, I asked if they had stamps after waitint a few and they girls didn't know so asked someone else who stated yes they do have stamps, waited longer - finally I get up and ask for the stamps she has to ask another person to come to the front who finally says stamps? No we don't have stamps How stupid are these people Your website says you have stamps 2 of your workers state you have stamps And the manager who looked like she was 12 was like no we don't and didn't get why I was upset Pathetic, no wonder there was ONE other person beside me in your business - get it together

This has been my local pharmacy since it opened. It is in serious decline. Twice I have gone to the store first thing in the morning to find the doors locked; it is a 24 hour store. I was once told it was 'maybe because the floors were being mopped'. I saw no one mopping floors nor was there a sign on the door indicating why the doors were locked. The actual pharmacy section is in serious need of extra help; I have asked for refills days in advance, to be told the medicine would be ready by such and such a date after said time, only to go and it not be anywhere ready. Reason? We are busy with COVID shots. The excuses are plentiful, the solutions are absent. Seriously thinking about ending my relationship with this store.

This Rite said is one of the few pharmacies in the neighborhood and because of that they continue to provide terrible customer service and get away with it. See other reviews that say the same for a more complete picture. Prices are nothing to rave about either, comparable with other stores. Not sure who the owner is but representative of the neighborhood, majority of the staff is young and people of color (like myself). They probably don't get paid well and majority of them act like they don't like their job which I understand but it's unfortunate for us. I mostly go to get my prescriptions and as a nurse I go knowing exactly what I need and expect to be in and out. This is never the case as the pharmacy techs ask a million and one questions including do I need counseling and I always say no. I'm there one or twice a month but they always act like they've never seen me. Just a few days ago I went and the pharmacy tech as me out loud if I wanted birth control (ordered for me months ago and not recently picked up). My mom and other customers were around. Mind you I told her specifically what I needed never mentioning BC. Talk about friendly neighborhood pharmacy right? Also and most importantly when I have needed emergency contraception I have had to made the line in the front of the store and ask the cashier right up near the store entrance so everyone can know my business. This is an invasion of privacy and embarrassing for women I think. Thankfully I'm not shy but this could deter other girls/women from asking for what they need. Emergency contraception could be placed on a shelf or behind the counter in the pharmacy section. Do they think women are going to steal it? The majority of customers are women so what does that say about Rite Aid? Plus if customers have questions about it who is going to counsel them, the cashier? I wish we had more options available and I'm looking for another pharmacy. They deserve zero stars. I hope they change their practices but don't want to spend another dime there.

Went in today to buy a Valentines day card for my daughter and some chocolate. I noticed some reeses pieces bars that were in the clearance section, so I decided to grab a reeses bar. As I went to pay for it in the self check out I noticed that it was not showing up as the 50% off as stated. I informed one of the girls ( shorty, heavy set hispanic female named "Jennifer") of the discrepency. She then asked me in an accusatory manner if there were more Reeses bars in the clearance section or if that was the only bar inside because it may have been left by mistake. I stated that there were more so she then went and checked and saw there were more. She then stated that its there by mistake and deleted the item from the self check out. I then asked if it can be honored due to the false advertisement,( this usually the case in any retail store when make a false misleading promotion) but just ignored me and then proceeded to walk away. When I finished my transaction, I noticed her in one of the aisles texting on her phone (not sure if this is allowed by employees on the clock) and asked her for her name. She gave it to me with what sounded like an attitude and continued texting on her phone. As someone that has a retail managment background I was very dissapointed by the customer service provided today. I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past 10 years.

I asked the Indian/Guyanese/trini whatever she was sales associate about their baby products. She rolled her eyes and rolled away with her shopping cart and said with an attitude that's all we have until Wednesday. Terrible customer service. If people don't want their job, they should come to work.

Went here once to purchase batteries. The male cashier did not greet me and when I gave him my card, he said for me to hold on, looking annoyed. Geesh. What kind of customer service is that? Not even a thank you or a bye after I paid. It is as if he expected me to thank him first when I am the customer. He got it wrong, especially in that line of work. I do not know if I am the only one he acted like that towards but it is unacceptable behavior. People need to feel comfortable and welcomed, not made to feel as if they should not come back. Otherwise, I love Rite Aid and how they have good stuff at discounted items. CVS and Duane Reade should operate their system like Rite Aid.

My daughter's perception was called into the pharmacy at 1:00pm and at 600pm I arrived to pick it up. When i arrived they told me they do not take her insurance and I needed to take the perception elsewhere. A simple phone call would have avoided me waiting another 2 hours in Walgreens to make sure my daughter had her prescription for the night. My recommendation would be to call and make sure they take your insurance because they will not call you.

In this Western Union , they have the worst customer service , staff are just talking and ignoring the customers , there was a big line . Also one of the staff was so racist to a client .
