Terrible terrible service thought the business concept was to collect the customers money that what profits generate from right duh. not let them leave to go to another location duh how hard can it be to input basic info and collect money and send money. they always seem to take pleasure telling people to wait while they chit chat and have something to do that can't be done when the store is empty. this owner better get this place in shape because I'm one of many customers aint going back. and im telling others i can't believe people still go here and settle for this service.

If I could give no stars I would. Should be a simple task to input information and hand me my money...but of course not. Especially at this location! I've been receiving Western Union for 10+ years and now all of a sudden my middle name being on my ID seems to be an issue and a hindrance as to why I cannot pick up my money. Interesting news some how they "signed off" on a new policy about having middle names match and the sender has to include your middle name. NONSENSE I was there last week and picked up money! Get a grip! In return not seeming to understand why I would be annoyed with their slow movement and then telling me I can receive my funds. FOH!

Terrible service, long lines yet only 1 person behind the counter to assist guests. Whether I'm picking up or sending cash or simply just buying a metro card, i ALWAYS end up spending at least 30 mins here
