  Lady at the window refused to process my transfer because I was looking at the ticket to give her information. She denied me service while holding on to my ID. I truly believe she doesn’t want to work. She suggested going to another Western Union.

  The worst one in NY. The girl with fake lashes(I do not know her name) just likes to be a pain in the a..s or, maybe she really doesn’t know her job.
