I love, love, love my neighborhood hardware store. The tall and handsome gentleman that manages the store is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He makes you feel like you are a valuable customer, regardless of how much or little you are spending.

Came here one time during covid to drop off a heavy UPS package and the owner comes telling me with a surprised smug look in his face he couldn't accept it for some reason..I never went back in here ever since.Don't even step foot in here if you want to drop off a ups package. Go to the postnet a few blocks down around the corner for better service & a drop off receipt to ensure your package is safe.

Best customer service ever from this courteous and friendly staff! After having issues at another hardware retailer I took a chance at this local mom and pop and was immediately thankful I did. Not only did I get my wood cut, they also had the exact size bracket and screws to complete my shelves. The store may seem small but they truly have a little bit of everything which shows their attention to details for customer!
