I had the pleasure of meeting victor today at the zales in the Bay parkway mall , Bronx. Victor was absolutely great and fast with my return and even helped me determine if my earrings were real or not. Victor answered all of my questions and had great advice.Thank you very much

I was disgusted when I went to this store today,I had bought a ring for my mother on Dec 25 on Dec 28 I came back to return the ring that didn't fit my mother so when explain I wanted to bring the ring back the supposed to be manager of the store ask me for my receipt I noticed I didn't have it, I explain to her that I had purchased it with my zales card, she clearly told me it didn't matter I still need my receipt, not to mention she didn't even try to see in the computer that I just purchased this ring. To make a long story short I felt so disrespected the way she was conducting her self as a manager of a store you have to know to have customer service skills , she had the nerves to tell me if the ring didn't fit I can pay more money to fix it.? you mean I need a receipt to show you my transaction but you don't mind charging me more to fix the ring. I've shop for numerous of years and I know if you purchase with your zales credit card you can see the transaction. I left and immediately called corporate they where in ? shock yes that behavior is not acceptable they are going to make sure this never happens to customer that's been shopping for years with them .she needs to be retrained how to talk and have customer service skills .ps I will never ever step foot in this place.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the acquaintance of a very talented rep. Shellie was very knowledgeable about the product in store, as I was trying to find gifts ideas for my wife & I upcoming anniversary. We came across many different pieces in which I taken a liking towards. During the time spent she was assisted me with cleaning my earrings & watch. I definitely recommend her services the next time you’re in the mall of bay.

This location is horrible, Ever since the manager Josey left this location. The new manager Shirley Gonzalvez is not knowledgeable and has poor customer service skills. She needs to go back to training and listen to what the customer is actually saying. It’s a shame I bought the ring at this location and they don’t have a clue what before, during and after the sale means. I also requested a call or email back from the district manager of this location and I still have yet to hear from him or her. I will stay away from this location and you should too.Customer service is at its finest over at the Yonkers location. They addressed my needs and two weeks later my ring is perfect.Stay away from bay plaza ZalesStay away

First off let me start off by saying if you are looking for excellent amazing and I mean amazing professional Woman to Woman customer service Darianna is the one to go to this woman made me the Happiest bride on Earth make a long story short went into Zales with a online purchase it was nothing like what I expected it to be I was very disappointed and it was nerve wrecking it made me nervous scared that I would not have a ring for my wedding which was in 2 weeks when I tell this woman worked her excellent customer service Magic to make sure that I walk out of there with a ring for my wedding and I cannot thank you enough for helping me walk out of there with the perfect ring to match my engagement ring thank you so much for your help with everything and amazing customer service you are a blessing your Royal Bride MS 9/23/23
