This is a poorly managed and run company that lacks ethics and diversity.

Hands down the worst maintenance company that raises rates every year and lowers standards. Mount Kisco townhomes are in terrible condition yet they are more focused on repainting the street signs rather than, rebuilding the decks, repairing the roofs, the siding, the front doors that have mold, removing weeds in the front yard. I've had to replace my air conditioning unit thanks to their clueless landscapers they hired because they blew leaves directly into my HVAC. But hey thanks for shoveling my front step.

Lesley Amato was fantastic. She kept us informed throughout the purchase process, and she represented our interests unflinchingly. She is a first class agent, and we would not hesitate to use her in the future.

9 PM at night I decide to do laundry. Super's wife was in laundry room as I saw when peaking through door so I quickly scooted to other laundry room. Can't get far enough away from her. Who shows up two minutes later in other laundry room?...Super's wife. She told me other laundry room was filled. I just don't believe her but why would she lie? She used only one machine probably because she was the one who filled the other laundry room! Anyway, one dryer had a chair in front of it. Later I realized it was because the bottom part (under the dryer) door doesn't close. The fastener or something wasn't working. So a chair was put in front to keep it closed? So the entire dryer has a chair in front of it so the bottom metal door doesn't swing open. Later when getting my laundry I brought down tape. I scotch taped the door shut. I'm brilliant, right? One piece of tape worked. Super's wife's clothes were in that dryer with chair in front. So I fixed and put chair back where it should be on the other side of room. I just can't believe the super's wife and obviously the super too know this problem and the only solution they were able to come up with is to use a chair. Above paragraph is reason why I even updated this review but there are just so many things going on here as always. The mail guy has been giving me tons of mail not even for me. Much mail has been for previous tenants from years ago. I tried to get it stopped with USPS in writing but they told me to put in mail receptacle. I am not going to continuously put mail not addressed to me in mail receptacles and it's illegal for me to keep. It belongs to someone else. I found out one previous tenant now lives in next building so I wrote a note above my mailbox for mail guy to transfer his mail there. He transfers my mail from my old building! He knows that guy now lives there! Another neighbor had mail issue also so she has a note too. Now both of us are marking the mail room with notes! Looks ridiculous. Super chimed in and put spackle on Board member's mailbox. Too funny to be true. It has to be the Super. Who else uses spackle and on the Board member's mailbox too? Guess there is a message in there somewhere telling Board member to do something! So we have The Board who sits around and doesn't work or care and Super who doesn't know much or refuses things. He won't even put names on mailbox. Two us had to paste up our own names on the mailbox. If that's not enough, the President is taking a leave and letting Vice President take over for her for a while. We got a memo on that. Do you think she has personal issues causing her to take a backseat (you would hope) or the kitchen is getting too hot in here and she's waiting for all to boil over. I don't know but this place is so stupid, the latter reason wouldn't surprise me at all.

I never liked this real estate company when they managed the co-op that I live in. Any issue that I had the property manager would just ignore even though we were paying them tons of money to manage the property. Turns out that property manager was stealing tons of money from the co-op, taking kickbacks, misappropriating funds, hiring unlicensed companies to do work and selling co-op equipment and property. Now my co-op has booted them and gotten another company to take over. Absolutely disgusting!

Barhite and Holzinger which manages the Village Green is very unfair as a management company. They allow certain residents certain privileges while not allowing other residents the same. They are unfair. The squeaky wheel gets the oil at the Village Green which is run by Barhite. They are unresponsive to residents requests and frankly they just don’t care what their residents want or need. Don’t be fooled by them. They are unprofessional and useless.

This company is extremely inadequate as a management company. They are unfair and unresponsive to their residents. I own a condo which is managed by them. I installed a very small patio to sit out on during this pandemic. Not only are they tearing it down because another resident doesn't want me to have it (her window looks out on my yard) but they are hacking up the cost of its removal. Talk about thievery. And unfairness, this neighbor has not only a patio but a rainforest on it. I would not recommend using them or buying a condo managed by them. In short, they suck!

Leslie Amato is best, hardest working realtor ever. I have used her three times and she is excellent . There is no problem with Barhite and Holzinger . The problem is with the inept Board at 1200 midland Ave , once a luxury building now fallen into disrepair as Board doesn't know how to function. Building is dated, Lobby , halls, carpeting dated and dirty., wallpaper falling off walls,. Who needs parking and large rooms when building mismanaged, the reserve fund is really a mortgage that has to be repaid and maintenance is over 1500 for a two bedroom. Much better housing in area.

I have worked with Jerry Torch when I purchased my condo 4 years ago, when I bought my house recently and sold my condo. He was referred to me by a family member, who also spoke very highly of him when they worked together. From start to end, Jerry has been a pleasure to work with. He knows his properties and comes prepared when showing homes. He does what you ask when it comes time to negotiate, but also advises on how best to finesse a negotiation. I would definitely work with Jerry again in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know searching for a home.
