I discovered this store while walking around Bronxville. The staff is very friendly. The manager saw that I was interested in one of the products, but hesitant to buy so she gave me a sample to take home. I ended up coming back to buy the whole product. It's now my go to place for purchasing skincare products.

I ordered client gifts that had to be shipped from several locations. The manager , Thomas was very helpful and coordinated everything, seamlessly. The salesperson in the store was also great. She wrapped all 17 gifts for me. I will definitely patronize this store , as well as recommend it.

I was in the store today and tried to make a purchase. I asked three times for assistance and was ignored by both sales clerks. After being ignored for some time, I simply left.I called the store later because I was bothered by the experience. I also thought that was a better approach than simply posting a negative online review.. When I called, I was surprised at the rudeness of the response. I was told they must have been very busy when I was there (not the case), the music may have been too loud (seriously?), and that they would never ignore a customer (sorry, but that's exactly what happened).This isn't the first time this has happened in the Bronxville location.While I always try to support local stores, I am sorry to say that won't be the case with Blue Mercury.

Nice store with a great range of skincare products. Definitely high end products, so not for those on a tight budget. The older female associates are very nice, knowledgeable and extremely personable. However, the younger female staff are lacking the warmth of personality! In my opinion, they appear to be devoid of any social skills. They are adequate at giving advice on skincare, but don't expect any light hearted social interaction because it not going to happen. Management would be well advised in counselling/training these girls on how to interact with customers. Especially, when big sums of money are being spent!

I went in to discuss a product that was damaged way earlier than it should be. The blonde manager said that she could do nothing since it was a year ago. She explained the physics behind why the product broke (like I care when I pay &30 for eyeshadow stick). Bloomingdales and other department stores back up their products, look it up through your credit card. I will never buy make up from blue mercury again.

Great, honest service. No one tries to sell you things you don't need. More about healthy skin than caking on makeup. PLUS, they treat my dog like family. Thanks guys!

I've shopped here many times and each time I had a wonderful experience, I honestly love the girls who work here, they are kind and very knowledgeable, make me feel right at home, yes, sometimes we have to wait to be helped, but sometimes that's only because they have one or two people working and they do have makeovers to do and you can't just keep interrupting their work, so I just shop around till one has a moment to help, patience is a virtue, and I love this place.....retail is a tough business, please be kind .,...
