My 89 year old mother established a trust so her family could take care of her properly and legally as she is quite I'll- Citibank was given all the legal trust docs and POAS had us in to sign in four Occassions- and now wants to know how my mother got her lifelong savings- asking personal questions just to have a checking account she has had for 50 years!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF

Should you really have to wait 20 minutes in line to make a banking transaction with a teller? This seems to occur with some frequency. Yesterday at 12 pm there was only one teller and a large line of customers, cooling their heels. Has it occurred to the branch manager that customers are going to the bank on their lunch hour and have limited time? Incredibly disrespectful. I expect this kind of abuse at the post office, not at a bank that wants to keep my business.

I always receive courteous and rapid service. No other bank in my experience is as helpful.

Unfortunately, these negative reviews of the branch manager, Theresa, are true and justified. This bank cannot be recommended.

Large Citibank branch. Have plenty of support staff for mortgages, credit cards and personal wealth. Replacing ATM's with next generation ones. Has 4 ATM's.

Very unprofessional situation when a bank manager yells at an elderly customer for all to hear. Not sure if that would ever be warranted. It's a Customer Service job! I'm not sure I would bank here

I've had problems with the manager Theresa also. She needs retraining, not just in customer service, but in general banking and Citibank policy. As a Citigold customer, I constantly find that I get better service on the phone. She is the manager in a location with very wealthy customers, and that is not a reflection on her abilities, it's merely a reflection on the people who live near that branch.

What a horrible, horrible organization. Although "disorganization" or "utterly incompetent" describe it more accurately. My husband used my debit card to deposit a substantial check into our JOINT account (he didn't have his Citi card with him, I was in the car). ATM accepted deposit. 5 days later, I discover they 'reversed' transaction and never notified us. Citibank says they mailed the check back to us. So, there's now an endorsed check for thousands of dollars MISSING. Citibank says once we receive it we can redeposit. Except it wouldn't take 6 days for a piece of mail to get from my local branch to my house. Citibank can call me about all sorts of unnecessary things, but when it's MY money, they do the most irresponsible thing possible. And, of course, they hide behind fake names on the phone, so you can never actually track down whomever it is you were speaking with and the next person can't identify them either. Shameful, disgusting behavior at this branch. Chase treats us so much better and has more branches. Looks like after 25 years of banking with them (this was my FIRST bank account), I'll be moving all of my business to my other banks. Thanks, Bronxville Citibank.
