After looking for 'Quality Meat' at an affordable price, we Googled and found Mini's Prime Meats... This cozy meat market has fresh meats, and the kindest workers. They worked with my husband and I for a reasonable price for the holidays although at the current times-prices are extremely high... But, they were gracious enough to give us a very fair price for a family Thanksgiving roast. Plus they were detailed and gave the baking instructions on the receipt---Who does that!!! This is my new family meat market-If the prices are high--I'm certain they are the market rate, plus the service is so nice and I didn't smell meat which is a plus for a meat market... :) They not only have a new customer, they have a new generation of customers AND I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THAT'S THE GOAL FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!! Happy Holidays Mini's Prime Meats and Specialties!!

Decent but overpriced. If you use a debit or credit card you'll be charged 3 or 4%. The owner is not the most pleasant. Well to end this, we found a different butcher who carries prime aged beef. Bone in loin pork chops, the most tender and tasty tenderloin and he's friendly and so accommodating. He doesn't charge a % for debit or credit cards. Great Butcher.

High prices and mediocre quality. Ordered a standing prime rib roast for Christmas - spoke to them on the phone and made clear it was for 4 people only. The roast that my wife picked up was 8 lbs, an absurdly large piece of meat for 4 people. It was technically “2 ribs” but with enormous excess of meat and fat - that would have needed to be trimmed off to give us a proper size. Clearly they didn’t want to do that as then they couldn’t sell that extra for $25/lb. so they oversold to us. The quality of the meat was average at best. I’ve gotten a prime rib roast every year for about 20 years for Christmas from other stores. This was the first from Mini’s and this was by far the least flavorful, toughest, and most expensive one ever.

No masks, no gloves, .....no sale! This is a very small, narrow, shop that I visited a few days ago. The employees wore no masks, and wanted to handle my food with no gloves, and then handle the money too. I refused. Totally freaked me out! I quickly removed myself from this establishment. Be informed, feeling like a dare devil, enter at your own risk! Also, the prices are so high here, I guess they feel like they have to throw in the Virus too! (Have they never heard of Covid-19 in Bronxville, NY.? I don't know if this was if it was some kind of political statement or just no regard for people's health, but it was crazy!) Yikes!!!!!

The attitude and manner of the boys serving at the counter is absolutely terrible. They are unpleasant and curt to their customers. The management would be well advised to monitor the way these people interact with customers especially, given that everything is so overpriced at this place. They should be grateful for people's custom and treat customers respectfully.

Customer service sucks here. Went in for some steak and sausages and when asking for a type of steak was treated brusquely and didn't get the piece I asked for. Topped off with a gruff "do you want your receipt?" The manager was in attendance so I presume this is the norm here but an hour or two at charm school might help the staff out here.

Normally this establishment is fantastic, however, I called last week and asked if they sold oxtail and was told they did. Unfortunately, when I came in today to purchase they did not have oxtail. I am disappointed to say the least.
