I’ve been coming here for the last two years but I think it’s time to switch after some recent disappointing visits. The time before last, I left with a very bad nick on my finger that went untreated after getting a gel manicure. More recently, I was rushed out the door with a manicure that hadn’t properly dried and now has smudges within minutes of walking out. After spending $50+ tip, you would hope to have smudge and nick-free nails, and not feel rushed to leave (mind you, this was during working hours, not like I was the last one there at closing). If I were to recommend someone, I’d say go to Sunny. She is the best and so friendly. She wasn’t there or available the last times I went and I probably should’ve just asked for her in advance.

The salon is clean and the prices are fair, but the quality of my gel manicure is horrible. Gel manicures usually last weeks without issue, but within 2 hours the gel started chipping. I hadn't handled any cleaning products or performed any activities that would hurt my manicure. I was leaving for vacation later that day, so I ended up having to get to the airport even earlier than planned so that I could have my nails repaired before my flight. What a waste of money.

Love this place!! My sister in law recommended this place and been here so many times I forget to write review. All the girls are really good! Always love how they do my hands and feet. It’s very clean, spacious, organized and calm environment.

I had high expectations but wow was this place terrible. They cut me 3 times when buffing for a dip, the man wouldn’t listen to me about a “bubble” affect the dip was giving me. Then this man came up behind me and started massaging me, thought it was part of manicure but they charged me $13. I will never be coming back here

Sharon is the best! I have been rushed before... But not Sharon; she was so patient, took her time, and very meticulously and delicately applied the nail polish (2 weeks) that has the letter “B” on it. Loved it! The staff, in general, is amicable

No option to give no stars so I am forced to give one. Horrible customer service--dare I say racist. Walked in and said hello and no one greeted me or asked how they could assist me. The person who I assume was working the front desk walked past me and pretended to organize things to avoid helping me. I stared at him waiting to make eye contact. At some point a lady walked in and he had no choice to address me since I was clearly there before her. So when he approached me I asked him if I needed an appointment (because that must be why he was ignoring me) and he tells me yes. As I turned to leave the lady behind me says she needs a pedicure--he tells her not now, but doesn' tell her she needs an appointment. Biggest difference I'm Latina and she is a white woman. Are their services any good-- no clue, and I will never find out because I will never be going to this establishment again.

Customer service is excellent and the professionals know what they are doing. Went just for eyebrows imagine now when I go for a mani pedi can't wait !

I never post reviews but I felt like I had to give major credit to Sage Nail & Spa for the wonderful service I just had. Lee was so gentle, patient and kind — the sweetest person ever. She did a phenomenal job and was so friendly the entire time. It’s nice and clean in here and the atmosphere is also calm and relaxing. I will definitely return.

I had an appointment for 2:30 but got there early and they took me right away. Sunny was great. I wanted a clean look to my nails and she suggested the right colors. Will be going back for all my nail needs.

I spent such a lovely morning with the staff here today. They really take their time to make you feel comfortable & pampered. They pay attention to small details… I was doing a soak off on my hands while getting a pedicure and Lee saw I wanted to use my phone, she passed me a stylus! That was the first time someone has ever done that for me, I loved it! The spa is clean, well-maintained and pretty.. the air just feels refreshing. My nails came out so nice and cute. I am writing this review while at another local salon as I had to get in by 9 am this morning and Sage does not open till 10. There is no comparison to Sage! The spa pedicure packages offered at Sage are bar none. Every step of the way you feel pampered and relaxed. The technicians at Sage are not cookie cutter, even with the average pedicure they go above and beyond.Next time I’ll remember to either wait till 10 am or go the night before!Services: Pedicure
