Really poor service we couldn’t find Trustco bank branches from NYC and came asked to withdraw the money there is a tiny guy he acted us as manager or owner of the bank and never tried to help us to withdraw just closed the door coz it was 5 Pm

Dont bank with this institution, I cant access my account online, disabled, cant access my account by phone, refuses my pin, this financial institution SUCKS
