HORRIBLE.I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 30 YEARS AND IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN HORRIBLE BUT TODAY I WAITED 30 MIN TO GET SIMPLE CERTIFIED LETTER SENT. ONE PERSON WORKING AND SHE TOOK 30 MIN AND WAS STILL WORKING ON ONE PERSON, TEN PEOPLE WAITING.IN LINE. I BANGED ON THE DOOR FOR A MANAGER AND WHEN HE CAME OUT HE AID HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED. HE SAID I HAD TO WAIT! I ONLY PUT 30 MIN IN MY METER SO I HAD TO LEAVE AS WELL AS 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO AGREED THAT THIS IS THW WORST POST OFFICE IN THE AREA. I AGREE WITH ALL THE BAD REVIEWS...THE WOMEN WAS NOT HELPFUL AND CLEARLY DIDN'T KNOW HOTO DO THE JOB. I HAVE ALSO AKED FOR A LITLE PIECE OF TAPE AND WAS TOL TO BUY IT! EASTHESTER POST OFFIE IS FANTSTIC!

Worst post office. Went to return a package today i give michael the bar code to scan and my package needed a piece of tape and i ask michael of he has tape he says NO. But then proceeds to tell me if i buy priority HE HAS TAPE. Soo to get a piece of tape he wants $18 lol. I been to other post offices before and this has never been an issue before. Its the audacity of michael saying he has tape for a price.

Today was my first and last day coming to this post office. I was in the area and decided to stop at this location to send a package out. The lady at the register was extremely rude. Instead of helping me when I asked her questions about pricing, she pushed my labels over to the side and continued to call other customers leaving me to figure things out on my own. Eventually I got frustrated with her attitude and decided to leave without getting anything done. She needs additional training on customer service!

This is the worst post office. I have informed delivery and there have been numerous times that I don’t get what I’m supposed to of it comes days later. You can’t talk to them, they take no responsibility always blaming White Plains. Now I’m waiting for a package that the vendor says was dropped off at the PO 4 days ago. Why don’t I have it yet? Horrible

This is the best post office because of Justin. A couple of the other reps are nice, But Justin goes out of his way to be pleasant, efficient, friendly and best of all, knows his customers by name. I love it. I love how he greets his customers. It makes all the difference.

Only one clerk on the counter with 8 people on line. Clerk was nice and apologized for delay but people who run post office are not too swift!
