If you are looking to sell your designers stuff look for Patrick. He’s the man, and he’s one of the manger. He knows his luxury stuff, and gives more fair and reasonable offers. The employees I encountered in every location is more of younger individuals who don’t appreciate or know the luxury goods, and what will happen is lowballing you. For example at their smith street location, they offered me $35 for a Louis Vuitton key holder while they sell the same exact one in store for $299. Soho offered $10 for a luxury designer t shirt while same brand similar style in store sell for $175. Where as here in dumbo Patrick offered me $125 for belt where they list for $299. That’s a reasonable offer especially if I’m getting pay in cash right on the spot, compare to consign to TRR where i usually I will get more but I have to take the risk of return request that takes forever (30 days) and pay the following month.

Sold me fake Jordan 5 Off-Whites that were $170. They told me that they authenticate all their items, and said to me personally that they were real, but I legit checked them and found that they were fake. Be careful buying here.

If I could give more stars I would. My cousin and I cannot stay out of this store. I’ve been on the hunt looking for some Rick Owens Ramones low for the longest. Finally found them but they weren’t in my size. But the pricing is very reasonable. Staff is very helpful. Playlist is always dope. Just a whole vibe. Great shopping experience.

Just purchased a shirt here all good. But the guy in the from took my paper bag and probably threw it on the floor instead of hanging it and my glass water bottle shattered and the guy previously ran away with another taller guy in the front telling me that he’s sorry even though he might not be the one who threw my paper bag on the floor. Oh well then what’s the point of taking our bags?

So, I went on 2nd Streets website and saw 2 pair of shoes I really wanted and it said they were at the Dumbo location.
Excitedly, on a very rainy NY day, I grabbed a few good pieces ( Saint Micheal’s, Kapital & Fear of God) to sell to the location to hopefully get some $$ towards my purchase.
I waited until it was my turn to sell and gave them my 3 items. I was told it would take 3 hours for them to get to me. So, I tried on the shoes that I came there for and started looking around the store…
HERE IS WHERE MY EXPERIENCE REALLY WENT LEFT -
A women with blonde hair, black bomber jacket with a black laced shirt under, with white pants 🤢 started to follow my partner & I around the store…
She followed us so obviously that she bumped into us twice. Then while putting a shirt back on a rack she rudely reached over me. I got annoyed so I went to the register and asked then to hold my items until they were ready with my quote and I will be back.
I went for a walk around dumbo - grabbed a snack - and stopped a few places and returned.
When I came back the same woman just starred at us the entire time. STILL NO GREETING BTW!
They wanted to give me $80 for a saint Micheal’s sweatshirt , $80 for kapital sweat shirt and $1 for fear of god Nike pants.. I laughed and took everything back and purchased my shoes and another item and left.
I am very unsatisfied with my experience but happy that I got what I came for.
Word of advice - don’t come here until there is an item you know is there that you want to buy.
DO NOT SELL - DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE especially from Jordan.

Jordan was super rude and followed me around the store. She bumped into me multiple times never apologized or excused herself. I apologized thinking maybe it was me, but after the 3rd time i realized it wasn't me.
I felt profiled and belittled. She then proceeded to stare at me while making my purchase. I spend a lot of money with 2nd street in general, and won't be returning to this location or maybe the franchise in general.
She also pushed me out the way so she can do a go back instead of excusing herself.
DONT SHOP HERE. ESPECIALLY WITH JORDAN.
Savion was super sweet and helpful he saved them with me making my over 399$ purchase. Also another guy (i didn't get his name but he has a mullet and a cool wutang shirt) he was a delight.
Jordan ruined my experience with my first time at this location.

Soon as me and my friend walked into the store, our bags were taken and that was fine as we don’t condone stealing. We started to walk around the store when we saw a white woman with her bag. Mind you we are both black. The people who entered the store before us were also black and also had their bags taken. We looked around the store and seen that EVERY white person had their bag. We are in absolute shock to be treated like that. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a high end business. Fix yourselves. How dare you.

I visited this store yesterday, and my experience with the manager working yesterday (mid-long hair blond white guy) was terrible to say the least. He did not only make me feel irritated from the moment I stepped into the store with his weird expressions & stares, while leaving he rudely stopped me to check my sweathirt that I brought with me implying that I stole it from the store. He yelled from behind the counter "Oh what's that!" to me while I was walking out. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable! After seeing that it was mine he tried to downplay it saying "He liked the design and wanted to check it out" but it definitely did not feel like that. How incredibly rude!! How as a manager of a store you mistakenly accuse someone of stealing!! As an employee you have to check what customers come in with, people shop around and have other stuff with them, do you expect customers to come in empty handed? How unprofessional and rude!! I was shocked by this interaction and later I went back to the store to make a compliant and confront him and tell him how disrespectful and unprofessional his attitude was. That's when I found out he was a manager which was insane to me how such a rude and disrespectful person ended up being a manager of this nice store. He did not apologize properly and also tried to gaslight me into thinking I made it up and he only was interested in my sweathirt's design. Other employees were cute and I feel bad for them for having to work with such an insecure and mean person. I will never be going back to this place!!

Don’t come to this location. Workers are not well educated on product, and will give you the lowest offer possible for an item worth $200+

Was told to leave my tote bag in the front (guess ppl steal here), but no one is really watching the “checked in” bags. Plus that kind of treatment from the start, doesn’t create a welcoming environment. Y’all can do better. It’s just used clothes..

They try to take your bag at the door. If you don’t trust your customers then I don’t trust the seller. The internet has much better deals
