Visited and stayed with my cousin here in 2016 and 18. I loved it. Especially the rooftop view of the city. Loved the area and the apartment too.

We've lived in this unique building for 2 years.... I think we have one of the best views of the Manhattan skyline in all of New York! The Management company (Greystar) are great - very responsive and helpful with any issues. Our doorman Steve is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he makes the building feel like home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the building to prospective tenants.

I recently visited a friend who lives here. They were having a hot chocolate party in the lobby. I don't even live here and was offered one. I think I might have to think about moving to Brooklyn when my lease is up.

Love this building but previous management was absolutely terrible. Greystar has done an amazing job with the property so far and I'm very happy with the improvements I've seen in such a short amount of time.

I've been at 424 Bedford for a little over a year, and now that there's new ownership and management it's gone from being a great place to live to being an amazing place. The residents and door staff were always friendly, but the management company was unresponsive and sluggish (they didn't have my apartment ready on move-in day, with the floors torn up and appliances out of place, for example). That's all changed now that Greystar took over, and the management team has been responsive, helpful, and flexible. They've also done a great job of communicating with residents as they transition away from outdated systems and fix long-standing issues. Highly recommend.

New ownership and management have great plans for 424 Bedford. Christopher Booth from Greystar in particular has gone above and beyond in getting to know the tenants, understanding our frustrations and putting plans in place to resolve. They definitely inherited a tough project from the neglect of the previous owner, East End Capital, and the inadequacy of the previous manager Sharon Riviera, but they're doing a great job.
