Came here for 7/11 slurpee. They had no cups for a small slurpee and denied doing the promo and service. No wonder Other competitors are doing much better in profit.

Remon is an outstanding employee at 7-Eleven. The store is always spotless when he's working, and he goes out of his way to help every customer with a friendly attitude. He’s easily the best worker there — dependable, professional, and always on top of everything. A true asset to the team!

This used to be a good 7 eleven now it sucks , slushie machine never works always broken and thats the only item i would want to buy so no more coming here for me , under new management I tried it again and it still sucks

The new management and cashiers are much nicer than the former ones, except for the one guy who used to work the counter who went above and beyond. He now works at Volkswagen. He’ll be a great asset to them. Otherwise, enjoying the new experience at this location.

Went in to buy coffee between 5am and 5:30am on 6/14/24. The store smelled like cheap cigars. Cashier was smoking inside the store behind the counter. I did not see him smoking myself, but the smell was so strong I had difficulty breathing.

Im really not one to write bad reviews i simply don’t care enough but I've been a regular customer at this 7-Eleven, but I consistently encounter issues with one specific employee. Here are a few instances that have left me extremely dissatisfied:
1. Disrespect for Promotions:On one occasion, I tried to take advantage of the 2 for $5 deal. This employee didn’t honor it and only believed me after I showed him a picture of the promotion. Even then, he left the counter to verify it himself, treating me like a liar.
2. Harassment at Self-Checkout: Another time, I decided to use the self-checkout because his line was long. As I was leaving, he chased me out of the store, demanding to see my purchases. Despite knowing I used self-checkout, he assumed I had stolen something. After realizing his mistake, he simply said “ok” without any apology.
3. Points Issue:Whenever I enter my number to collect points, he almost always removes it. I’m not sure if it’s coming out of his pocket or if he just doesn’t like me. Is this racism or something personal? This is only SOME of the problems i’ve had with this employee like i said i don’t understand what his problem is just recently i went and he had a whole 8 minute conversation while me and my sister where in line we didn’t care since we weren’t in a rush but it was a long conversation then when i went up to pay i asked him if i can put some of it on card and some cash he proceeded to tell me that i should just pay the full thing in cash why is that any of his business and why does he care?
This employee’s behavior is unacceptable and has made my shopping experience very unpleasant. Management needs to address this to ensure customers are treated with respect and fairness.

This is probably the worst 7/11 I’ve shopped at. I grabbed two items that were supposed to be 2 for $5. When they rang me up the promo didn’t apply and the employee was extremely rude. He didn’t let me get a word in and just said “doesn’t work doesn’t work”. After I literally pointed to the promo he just shook his head and said “doesn’t work doesn’t work”. After that interaction I kindly refused to purchase the items and he told me to put everything back. I probably won’t be shopping here anytime soon, or ever really. Please avoid going here if you can.
