This is probably the worst 7/11 I’ve shopped at. I grabbed two items that were supposed to be 2 for $5. When they rang me up the promo didn’t apply and the employee was extremely rude. He didn’t let me get a word in and just said “doesn’t work doesn’t work”. After I literally pointed to the promo he just shook his head and said “doesn’t work doesn’t work”. After that interaction I kindly refused to purchase the items and he told me to put everything back. I probably won’t be shopping here anytime soon, or ever really. Please avoid going here if you can.

i’d like to know why my reviews keep getting deleted, about the extremely racist STORE OWNER who locked another woman and i in the store while he went on a rant about how he’s banning black people from *his* store. really, 7/11? other reviews continue to call out this specific man’s racist and dangerous behaviors. unfortunately his behaviors were so disturbing, i will not stop until someone takes accountability. i encourage my neighbors to do the same. on 9/13/23 at 7:45pm, the doors were locked. i thought the manager wasn’t letting anyone in, since i was knocking for so long, but a lady came beside me and he let us in. she proceeded to ask him why the doors were locked and he said “a black man just came in and stole a bunch of food, so i said no more”. the lady clarified and said “they’re ALL black?” and he said “mostly, so no more in my store.” and proceeded to tell us that he would not allow any more black customers in the store, he was turning them away when they got there. in that exact moment, me and this woman watched a black child come up to the door and he refused to open it— yelling “no more” at this kid. me and this lady were so afraid, since it was just us and another scared employee with this man who was clearly on a sick power trip. now i didn’t even want to purchase anything and i wanted to leave but he had the doors locked, which is clearly a safety hazard on top of being downright terrifying. this man had so much hatred in his voice and would not give me his name but stated it was his store and he can do what he wants. this is the kind of mentality that genuinely endangers the community. its even more disappointing, but not surprising, that 7/11 would rather ignore this and cover it up than rectify it.

I asked the worker to unlock fridge #3 to get a six pack of beer and he tells me it's prohibited being it's a Sunday. So I then ask for a pack of cigarettes, and he has the nerve to tell me he can't sell me cigarettes either because it's a Sunday. I was discriminated against by a middle eastern man that refused to sell me even a pack of cigarettes. To my knowledge there's no law prohibiting the sale of cigarettes on a Sunday. And being born and bread in this neighborhood with this specific 711 location my home base, this is the first i experienced someone telling me I can't purchase cigarettes on a SUNDAY. RACIST BRANCH!…….. Was not able to respond to the owners request for more details so I’m adding to my original review . The way I was treated from walking in and asking for beer - I for for the Sunday rule and was shocked but asked if I could have a pack of cigarettes along with two sandwiches I purchased and was told - NO, cigarettes are prohibited as well. So I ignored his rude racist behaviour as that was his complete demeanour. Check your cameras if they even work with audio.

I purchased two C4 energy drinks that were advertised as 2/$5 and was charged full price. Didn't realize until after. Price checked at another 7/11 and the 2/$5 price came up when the same cans were scanned. I went back to this 7/11 and scanned the items again and the full price came up again. If you're not gonna honor your advertised sale prices why would I give you my business?

Probably the worst 7 eleven honestly. When I make orders they ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDERS!! I ordered a veggie and meat pizza they gave me a spicy pizza. They have things on the 7now app menu that they apparently DONT carry so when u order it instead of asking u if u would like to sub the item they just give you whatever they want. That goes for anything if they can't find it or they don't have it they just pop whatever they want in the bag. They are inconsistent they carry expired items! They even put the expired items in your 7 now orders. It's ridiculous. And when you write customer service they don't care at all.

My recent experience at the Seven Eleven store located in Bay Ridge was average, with a few notable positives and negatives. Here's my review of this particular branch:On the positive side, the location of the store is convenient and easily accessible. It's situated in a busy area, making it convenient for those who live or work in the Bay Ridge neighborhood. The store's extended operating hours are also a plus, especially for late-night or early-morning shopping needs. However, I noticed a few areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the cleanliness of the store was subpar. There were instances where the shelves were messy, and spills were not promptly cleaned up, giving an overall untidy impression. This lack of cleanliness could be off-putting for some customers.Additionally, the staff's level of service varied. While some employees were friendly and helpful, there were a few instances where I encountered indifferent or uninterested staff members. This inconsistency in customer service can affect the overall experience and make customers feel less valued.Furthermore, the product selection at this specific Seven Eleven was somewhat limited compared to other branches I've visited. Some essential items were out of stock, and the variety of fresh food options was not as extensive as expected. It would be beneficial for the store to maintain a better inventory and ensure that popular items are consistently available. In summary, the Seven Eleven store in Bay Ridge offers a convenient location and extended operating hours, but improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness, customer service consistency, and product availability. With some attention to these areas, this branch could provide a better overall experience for its customers.

Made the mistake of stopping here a few weeks ago. The owner of this location feels comfortable enough to yell at and belittle his employee in front of customers as if we weren't even there. Docking an employees pay for $10 for coffee that was no good? Never giving this CLOWN my money
