I’m sorry!! I don’t know who runs this place but this place is an absolute mess for a NY gas station!! Drive by without stopping. The bathroom smells absolutely disgusting and there’s no toilet paper, no soap, no towels!! The food looked absolutely disgusting as well!! I was going to buy a snack but I didn’t end up buying anything there. I hope this place gets cleaned up! Until then, I recommend staying away. Driven by and don’t stop.

Just walked out, had the whole staff yelling thinking I stole a donut ?!? Are y’all serious lol y’all did even have the glazed donut. That’s why I turned around plus EBT didn’t load on this Sunday. Smh rude af convenient I guess.

these "employees" STOLE my phone last night and still refuse to give it back. i tracked it to their store more than once and my mother even stopped by to speak with them. they lied to her like they lied to the police. they're thieves. don't waste your time here unless you want your property stolen from you.

This is 7 Eleven is the worst. I went into this location today just to let you guys know I'm a single black female and I was around my three 7-Eleven employees that are guys stated that I stole a candy and put it in my clear bag which there was no candy bar. They call the cops and I waited but no one showed up and was late picking up my daughter because they wanted to hold me on fault presence just to put the cherry on the up I ALWAYS GO THERE AND IT WILL be MY LAST 😡

It's nothing worst when you're craving ice-cream and the employees send you something you didn't purchase. I keep trying to give this location chances but they don't like to loose money so they will send customers anything when purchased through Uber eats and door dash.

I have literally ordered Uber eats from here and THREE SEPARATE TIMES I have gotten the wrong ice cream? I don’t understand what is so hard about putting the right one in. If they don’t have the right one, and need to sub that’s one thing but I feel like they’re just not paying attention?

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! came to place an order of 3 mini tacos and Mr. Azgor didn’t let the guys make them and told them to say that they didn’t have when the other guy was ready to put them in the oven😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😪

i don’t even want to give one star. this place is TERRIBLE. idk what they do with their meat but me and my fiancée caught food poisoning to the point we have been rushed to the hospital. so dirty & so unsanitary.

Date and time of incident: 05-05-24...1:30 PM...
A rainy sunday afternoon at around 1:30 pm, I walked into the 711 to get my Uber Eats pickup order.
Team member, Tarek, was handing me my order in a brown paper bag. I simply asked him for 2 plastic bags. He turned to walk away as if he didn't even hear me. I got his attention and reiterated that I wanted 2 plastic bags. He went and got 1 plastic bag. I told him that I had asked for 2 plastic bags. He walked away again.and I asked him for the other bag. He came up to me, took my order that was on the counter and pulled the bag from my hand. After seeing how the bag was ripped, I dropped it on the ground. I kept asking him why he was being difficult. He took the bag from the floor and was gonna put my bag in it. I told him he was being difficult for no apparent reason. He replied, "you're giving me a hard time. Now I'm gonna give you a hard time." He placed my order on the floor behind the counter.
I told him he's the one giving me a hard time for no valid reason. He refused to give me my order. I told another employee to get my order that Tarek had placed on the floor along with 2 plastic bags, and he reluctantly did. I then told Abdul, assistant manager, what had happened. He told me he was going to review the video and talk with the manager.
That experience was unnecessary.

Really appreciate that they let me use their microwave to reheat the extra large coffee I bought awhile back and enjoyed drinking while sitting outside in the sunshine.
Store is most definitely appropriately staffed and well-managed. Everything looked to be quite clean, and the employees all seemed to handle everything efficiently and professionally. Floors were clean and lots of available items on the shelves, including lots of fresh/hot food options.
As always, they have a lot of great deals on non-alcoholic drinks, including coffee, and food—especially if you have/use their app. Their coffee is really good, but it isn't as good and strong as Starbucks—sorry guys ;) However, the coffee is always hot and fresh, they have an awesome selection of coffee types/flavors, and a great selection of "additives" for your coffee. Also, I truly appreciate that they have real cream available AND that most all of the locations are open 24/7. Huge thank you and respect for that! ❤️
