I always go to this store to buy coffee and fast food. The other day I was in there and I asked the 11pm-7am worker how much he would charge me for a cup with hot water and he replied I don't know the boss in the back wait til he comes out and you can ask him. When the boss came out I asked him and he said 50 cents. As I was prepping my tea I could see the boss called the worker over by the check out and they were having a conversation. When I went to check out the boss says to me I'm only doing this for you today as a favor. It makes no sense for us to wake up at 5am for 50 cents. He said the next time you will have to pay the price the cup scans. I said to him I'm not gonna pay $4 dollars for a cup of hot water to use my personal items. I also said to him if you carried the items I consume I would have no problem paying your price. BTW I gave him a dollar and the XL cup scans at $3.15. This individual is running a business and has no customer service skills.

I placed an order for delivery at 2 something it’s already 3:30. I asked the guy POLITELY where my delivery was because it was already past the time it was supposed to be delivered and he hung up on me. I continued to call again and even on a different number (which he picked up on) telling me that the story was busy and he hung up on me again. I eventually of course had to cancel the delivery.

Walked for a night snack, food was mildly warm, I let the clerk know that, proceeded to use the cheese machine as I've always done for many years, I get stopped, saying I can't use it bc it's not for what I just bought, he let me use it eventually, I then proceeded to go to the sink and rinse my hands as I didn't see any napkins until the clerk had shown them to me, he also said you can't use the sink like that, I said, it's there for a reason, if you don't want ppl to use it, take it away, I'll be back to see the changes, food was almost cold, the cheese did make it a lot better, no refund or replacement for cold food 😞

Avoid at all costs. Extortionate prices, minimal selection, uncleanly environment and even regular customers are treated as if they are attempting to steal.

The worst store and the worst worker. The worker, the black man who works at night, does not deserve to work. People like him harm the reputation of the store’s name. He is a man without morals who does not possess any of the characteristics of a respectable human being. He is ill-mannered and inimitable. I hope he will be fired soon.

In this store when buying product(s) they steal the information from the card and take your money. I do not recommend using a credit/debit card.

They suck they should be a 7/11 store I went inside with my grand daughter she dropped the orange juice in floor I told them I grabbed another one they charged me for the one it broke they suck I would never go there and the corporation company should see who they partner with I don't need no consultation sorry this and that

They're super friendly and always greet me when i walk in. I grab my food, or amazon package, or use the atm. Always give small talk at the register and tell me to have a good day. These reviews dont sound like the people who work there. They have been nice to me since day one.
