They're incredibly racist, they watched several people lined up at 12am and only let in one white man to grab whatever he needed. It's funny how they call you "Brother" until it's time to show their real colors.

Around 2am me and my boyfriend went to pick up his packages and get some snacks and they had the doors locked. When he tried to signal them, they waved him off. They tried to tell him to come back at 5am even though they were supposed to be open. They continued to ignore him as he waited then they only opened the door once police were there, trying to purchase something and the police had to ask if he could enter on his behalf. Their behavior was so disgusting. I can’t believe 7-11 would allow their employees to close during operating hours and treat customers with such blatant disrespect. Needless to say, we decided not to purchase anything and spent our money elsewhere.

Every night this store is closed because the workers are too lazy to do the truck and run the store….it’s supposed to be 24 hours some people work late and want to shop there and can not….RIDICULOUS very rude

Today, I went to the store and picked up my packages at the Amazon locker. I put them in my bag. A man was standing in front of the door, looking at me and saying something. I said 'what' because I didn't understand what he said since I'm deaf! Did he think I stole something? I've been picking up packages at this locker anytime without problems!

The people in this establishment are rube to customers and don’t celebrate the worldwide deals that 7-eleven have like for any size cup day they didn’t celebrate it and now for a SMALL free slush day they pre make it and stop it very early then started yelling at customers.im just very disappointed because its very clear why they’re doing this (they racist) .

There are homeless who will harass you out front and inside this store, and if u tell the employees they'll say "yeah they're there every day" and refuse to help you feel safe. They are not 24 hours, they close between 1am and 5pm, and they have the most pathetic selection of food that sells out and then they leave empty shelves for weeks. Super unfriendly staff. Will be the last time I ever visit this gross store

I give this store zero stars cause I took my kids to get the free slurpee and they didn't even let us in the store to buy chips or any snacks. He was standing at the door blocking people saying no more slurpees but I saw many people walking out with slurpees. Very disappointed cause my kids were so excited. This store sucks and the people who work here suck.

This 7/11 is horrible, they claim to be 24 hours but they close every morning between 4am and 5am everyday. Which is very inconvenient and inconsiderate for people who work night shifts.

I ORDERED A $129.00 WORTH OF GROCERIES FROM THIS LOCATION 3 ITEMS WERE FRESH FOOD..THE REMAINING ITEMS WERE FREEZER AND SHELF ITEMS . NOT A MINUTE SOONER THAN I PLACED THE ORDER I HAD MY PHONE STILL IN MY HAD WITH THE APP STILL OPEN AND MY FINGER ACCIDENTLY HIT CANCEL WHICH I CALLED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY WERE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL MY DEBIT CARD WAS BILLED THE FULL AMOUNT OF $129.00 AND I DID NOT Receive MY ITEMS..AND I WAS NOT REFUNDED NONE OF MY MONEY. IM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND PROCEEDING.
