Went to exchange 3 bottles of room temperature Hal's New York Seltzer Water for 3 refrigerated ones and the female cashier who looked Native American gave me a horrid attitude for no reason. Hell, she didn't even offer me a bag. Never will I go here again.

Owner clearly doesn't care about his establishment. This place *sucks.* The cashiers will close it at arbitrary times. Customer service is non-existent. The coffee is hit or miss, some days it's really good and some days it's some sad old affair of rotten beans and unclean machines.
This is one of those places that's profitable because of its location, and it's only saving grace is if the owner starts to give a crap about his business.
Avoid unless you really need to buy something and this is the only place you can buy it from.

This 7-Eleven has the worse customer service. I've only been here a couple of times, early morning on a week day, and can now see why it is always empty compared to other 7-Elevens that are bustling in the morning. Rude worker. Raggedy parking lot.

My first bs review ever:
How about you put a sign that your store isn't 24/7?
Came here at 3:40 AM, the guy let an ubereats Indian driver in, then tells me they don't open till 5 am.
I needed pesto bismol for my stomach and could have stopped elsewhere on my way from queens if I knew this bs.
Will never come back to this store.

The register was polite after I accidentally gave her a high five. Food was good as usual but I had to wait for a long time since it was a field trip. But overall great place on July 11.

Door is always wired closed from the inside after midnight and is not open 24hrs for business!
Perfect place to have a service window!

This 7 eleven has gone semi down hill. It sucks that they have to buzz you into the place at night. Kids & migrants are stealing and causing problems in there. Went there on 4/13 for bring your cup day and my kids &I were told, uh, I don't know i don't think we doin' it. I have to call the manager. Uuuuh you can go somewhere else. So I said ok, I'll give my business to the Utica h Avenue O spot then. She said uuuh ok, oh well bye. ????

Showed up to get a coffee a little after 12:30 AM and the guy inside said they weren't open 24/7. Google says it is open 24 hours. Also the clerk was rude about it. Never will come here again.
