Dangerous to buy food here, lots of items are expired, coffee is far away from good and owner of the store is rude and non responsive instead of improving his business he is chasing parking lot on cameras in the back!

I had a terrible experience at this store. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable — I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and even aggressive. They spoke to customers with attitude, rolled their eyes, and acted like helping people was a burden. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect in a store before. Avoid this place unless you want to be insulted for simply asking a question. Disgraceful behavior — I’m shocked they’re still in business.

Worst customer service you can get.
There are extremely rude. Coffee is not fresh.
Business owner is ridiculous to rude. I would never visit that location in my life extremely dirty place. If you have a chance to visit another location that is taken care of that would be nice.

Never leave your car unattended in their parking lot. The employees at this store will call a tow truck, and you’ll have to pay a fine of around $200.

Don’t park at this 7/11. I went to this store to buy a water for my kids. Then we asked them if they have a restroom, they said they don’t have it. So we had to go to a restroom nearby. When we come back in 5-10 minutes Ben&Nino towing took our car and I had to pay $250 to get my car back.

Today is the free slurpee sale because it’s 7 month and 11 day but when I went there they said they don’t give free slurpees the worst 7/11 I went before don’t go there guys

Had good experience. Awan good worker always helps if something empty he will refill the machine. Shelves are stocked , no rude attitude. Hopefully in future management gives him higher position and last but not least a smile always makes it positive experience. Keep up the good work 👍🏼

Awan was an amazing help. He is super reliable and picks up the slack of nazir. If nazir wasn't around it would be an absolute 5 star but it's unfortunate that one bad link could break the best chains.

Negative stars if i could. Tows cars even if you literally are buying from them. Store associate says it wasn’t them the truck takes whoever and that they know we purchased from them, tow company says only the manager can authorize to tow. Called the store, the manager wasn’t even in when the car was taken. Got charged $270 to get my car back. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved. Call 311 and report. What they are doing is illegal.
Call 7/11 cooperate and report.
