I, a 15 year old with my friend, 16 years old and instantly get yelled at by them to move to the corner because we were blocking the way, I go next to the slurpee machine and the thin old Indian guy follows me and says go to the corner when I was looking at my phone. I was downloading the 7 eleven app on my phone and he treats me like this. I try and purchase something and I hand him the money, it’s a special deal and I though he was gonna hand it to me, he screams at me and says “ go get the food yourself and then pay!” And he literally throws the bill on the counter top, THROWS THE BILL. I was mad but I tried to be polite to him but I got this type of behavior. I bought my stuff and when I was leaving I heard him talking very rude to a customer, the customer can I get some ice, and the Indian guy said NOOO WE DONT HAVE ICE!!!!! And the guy rushed out because no one should expect this type of behavior. Worst shopping experience ever. Don’t come here this creep follows you around and makes sure you feel followed very very very weird. 7/11 FIRE THIS CREEP.

I do not recommend, this one employee would not let us think, we told him we were thinking of what to get and he told us “go think outside”. He also did not let us use the app to get rewards.

SAFTY HAZARD‼️
This location is so lucky I don’t report them to the Business Bureau. I’ve order 3x to their store for the Ben & Jerry ice cream and all 3 times it was delivered to my home sliced at the top. The first time I went back to the store to replace it because why is it sliced at the top. They took the ice cream the first time. The second time it happened it was the same sliced ice cream I left on the counter pissed off; they didn’t want to take it & blamed it on the delivery driver. Like what?! They didn’t want to take it and replace it the second time so I just purchased another one in person instead.
Today I decided to order online again, and what do you know! They sent the same freaking ice cream again with the slice on top. I went right to 7/11 and told them about themselves, they told me I can’t do this again and told me to get the ice cream I want and went ahead and put the same sliced ice cream back in the freezer! LIKE WTH!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and conditions at your store on Sunday, July 14th, at approximately 11:45 PM. During my visit, I encountered several issues that left me very disappointed.
Firstly, upon entering the store, my friend and I were greeted in an extremely disrespectful manner by the staff member on duty. He addressed us by saying, “Ladies, what do you want?” in a tone that was both unprofessional and rude. He repeated this question, and when we responded that we were there to buy something, his response was, “Okay then buy something,” in an impatient and dismissive manner.
Additionally, the door to the store was closed, and we had to ask him to open it even when we wanted to leave.He did so angrily, saying, “Okay then go,” which was entirely unnecessary and uncalled for.
Furthermore, I was appalled by the state of the store. It was very dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained, which only added to the overall negative experience.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to shop in a clean environment. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to your store. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Terrible staff. Employees act like it's their own home. They mix old milk with new milk for coffee. They don’t allow using rewards at the register. I visited this store at different times and on different days. All the employees are bad. They all need to be fired.
