Very very small place, but the machines were clean and there aren't allot of people doing laundry. The staff mostly ignore you though. And there's stuff thrown around all over the place

It is much more expensive than other laundromats. $3.25 for a basic washer and only 5 minutes for a dryer, $.25. The ceiling vents are filthy, and the store generally is a cluttered mess. The place closes very early for a laundromat, lights out at 7:30pm. That is strange.

They "lost" my expensive towels. I dropped off my laundry, which had a couple thick, fluffy towels, for wash and fold. I received a thin, torn up towel that looked like it came from a cat litter box - it was obviously not my towel. Then I realized that another nice towel went missing the previous time I dropped off my laundry there. They didn't fix the situation when I asked for my towels back. They admitted to the mistake but didn't offer a refund. Didn't even check if it went into someone else's laundry, which makes me suspect theft. It's too bad because I've been going there for two years and had a good experience.

These guys managed to shrink almost everything I gave them, including leggings and gym wear which I thought was impossible. I gave them stuff in a tote laundry bag which they also managed to shrink.

This place has really gone down hill since new ownership a couple years ago. It closes early evening (for a city laundromat that is self-service that is pretty crazy) and things are frequently broken (washers, clock, coin machine). The dry cleaning is not good, and when I reported this I was told basically tough luck. There is very little space to sit and wait for your wash, but there are cafes and the promenade nearby. It's much more expensive than a couple years ago (the new owner raised the prices substantially while letting the business deteriorate), but I guess so is everything these days. If you have another option I would go elsewhere for sure.

There is a homeless man who regularly uses this laundromat. I'm not one to shame them, but if you are worried about germs and hygiene I think it's important to note. I'm personally afraid of scabies and bed bugs so I stopped coming here after seeing that.

Definitely overpriced, but reliable. They often charge a higher price during pickup, but it’s not worth a nasty review.

Expensive considering service, but fine.

Closes too early and washers are always used for drop off service. Prices have recently went up for washer/dryers. The only self service laundry in the area.

Excellent service. All my requests for how to do my laundry were followed. I would highly recommend the laundry service.
