I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review because this place has become an integral part of my life. I started about a year ago and wish I’d started sooner! Not only have my body comp & stamina/ health improved incredibly, but the flexibility of the hours allow me to go when I can despite my crazy work hours. The trainers are kind and motivating, and the atmosphere is driving yet approachable. I started a complete novice & have grown a lot since then, so don’t let your inexperience deter you from giving this a shot!

On Saturdays I like to switch up my workout routine and try a new fitness challenge outside of the gym. This facility was offering a trail class and I decided to sign up for a 9 am class. I was immediately free by a friend's woman named Betsy who explained how the trading would work. I had a blast! Kicking, slamming and punching! She even gave me the cheat code to how to handle a speed bag (psst; just hit it with the sides of your hand)! As my session went on, other members showed up to start their 9 rounds of training and even though there were like 6 of us in the "gym" at this moment Betsy still had it under control. I wish I could join, however it's a bit pricey. But def try it out it was fun and a good workout.

I am not a gym person,but I have been wanting to do some form of work out for a while. I kept passing 9Rounds every day and decided to go in and check it out one day. I signed up for their free trial class and was very hesitant about going. Once I got through with my workout I loved it. After my workout I signed up on the spot. This is just what I was looking for. I felt no judgment and still don't. What I love about 9 Rounds is that you have a trainer every step of your workout and I feel great after I am done. It's been 3months since I started and I still look forward to working out. I recommend 9 Rounds. Check it out. This might be for you just as it was for me. ?

Came in for a trial as I had some interviews in NY and everyone at 9Round was amazing.Extremely friendly owner and everyone I met that works there. Great coaching and motivation and I will definitely be signing up if I end up with some work in NYC.

I hate working out and I hate going to the gym, definitely not my thing! I do enjoy kickboxing when I’ve tried it in the past and 9rounds is the best workout experience Ive had! The trainers are great walking you through each workout and I love that I then get to do the work out on my own. The fact that it’s non stop intense training for only 30 mins had me at the first day of trial! Most importantly the trainers have all been so welcoming and show they genuinely care about your experience and training.

Love that you can get a full workout in 30 min. & if you want workout for longer do another round. I also like if your new & just learning the trainer is hands on in helping you learn how to do things the correct way!

Pretty impressed! My first time at 9Round after moving into the city. Worked with Tory and enjoyed it very much! It's literally a non-stop, 30 min rotating 3 mins per round. Really look forward to going back.

I was just googling kickboxing classes near me and I stumbled on 9round, I signed up for the free class and I got a very great first impression because of the fact that the gym is clean, just 30 min but very intense workout(no waste of time), and also with the pandemic they don’t take more than 6 people by class so that’s a very great point too. I’m so glad I signed up as I have been to many gyms in the past but feel like I belong here. The coaches are very attentive and helpful. In other gyms, I had to alter my name to make it easier for others to pronounce it. Amazingly, the coaches here go the extra mile to make me comfortable and welcome me every time I visit the facility. They care about your goals and hold you accountable and feel concerned when you don’t show up. They cheer you up when you’re feeling down and celebrate your wins with you!
