I got my nails done less than a week ago and they look horrible. I get the hard gel which traditionally last a very long time. The woman in the second chair from the owner is horrible. She puts the gel on very thin which causes the nail to lift and break easily. She reshaped the nail last week and they are so bad. This was my second time. I wanted to give her a chance but no more. And she isn’t friendly on top of it all! I’ve tipped her well both times. I wouldn’t recommend

Nail tech became very upset after I told her I may return due to them not having the nail color I needed. She started slamming things, stomped off and said something in her language to the others. Mind you, she didn’t start any work on my hands. I was so confused. She was so rude for no reason, I just left.

Horrible service. I got gel manicure and i felt i just wasted my money into nothing. They didn’t prep my nail properly before applying gel polish. Didn’t clean my cuticles and most frustrating was my nail was stuck with my skin. I tried to explain but they didn’t understand. They provide their service in super rush as if they are closing in 2 mins. This photo was 3 days after the service.

I was charged $45 for a pedicure, but the service was terrible. They didn't clean anything; they just applied nail polish. This is very disappointing.

My partner and I had an unpleasant experience at a local salon. The staff member who did our manicures was unprofessional and rude. She painted my partner's nails pink without his consent, leaving them a rose color which was not what we asked for. The service was subpar as she did not buff and shine our nails, and only soaked and trimmed our cuticles. Additionally, she tried to force us to pay for services we did not want and overcharged us. Despite her unprofessionalism, we remained calm throughout the ordeal. We were disappointed with the service we received, and the only positive thing we can say about the salon is that they were good at waxing eyebrows.

Please avoid this nails salon, there are definitely better places. My biggest issue is there lack of honesty. I walked in for the Jelly pedicure which according to their sign is $30. I ended up being charged $35! When I inquired i was told that "different crystal" had been used. I proceeded to be blocked from leaving because they couldn't see the payment even though i was showing it to them on my phone. Terrible experience the least relaxing pedicure EVER. The job was rushed. In fact, my feet were finished at the same time as someone else who was halfway through their pedicure when i walked it. The massage was less than a minute on each leg! Will not return. Back to Elements across the street .

I am so disappointed but i paid and leave peacefullyThe lady used the same old utensils on me. the old disposable buffers, she had an attitude keep pulling my hands and she soaked my hands and had me file the gel off when she said its $4 to take offLook how dirty my hands are and before I could tell her the length I want my nails she cut itI paid $97 + $5 tipsI was in the neighborhood and stop to try them but I would never again I prefer pay my $145 + my $20 tips and get a good designMind you this is acrylic and gelDon’t waste your timeServices: Pedicure

This is my first time stop by this nail salon, I have a great experience!!!! I love the design and everyone was very nice and welcoming! I will come back for my nail from now on! Highly recommend!

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to in my whole life . The workers were extremely extremely rude and ruined my mom and aunts birthday . I gave a $5 tip and the worker was screaming in my grandmas face complaining to her about me . I’m never going in this nail salon again . Everyone who thinks of going here should stay far far away this is the last place to go to . Beware . Another worker joined in and started yelling in my sisters face saying “ THATS UR TIP ? THATS ALL”. My grandma was on the verge of tears from the way they screamed at us . They repeatedly yelled in my face . Worst $61 dollars I ever spent . Even as they did our nails they were snarking at us and obviously talking about us in their language .

This place will NEVER get my business again! I come here once in a while when I don't feel like driving 25 minutes to my usual spot. They are not transparent with the extra fees that they charge. I went to get SNS and was hit with a suprise $5 extra because they soaked off my nails that already had SNS on them. Never have I ever heard of a salon charging for the soak off if you are getting SNS again. The owner said that they charged me $5 because I got my SNS done at another place. I was not told in the beginning that they would be charging me extra. The lady who did my nails only asked if I got it done here and I said "no" and that was the end of discussion. She was not transparent with me and did not tell me that it was an extra charge. If it was said in the beginning I would have said "okay" and proceeded to get my nails done. I expressed my frustration to the owner, who then began justifying the extra charge while raising her voice and pointing at the menu. I told her that they were not transparent at all. I continued to tell her that this was not right. As I continued to speak with her she stopped responding to me and refused to look at me. As a human and a black person I felt extremely disrespected and will not spend money at a place that behaves in this manner.Service: Dip powder

I had been going to this salon since I moved to Ditmas Park and I was always reluctant to go back because sometimes they did decent work and other times they didn't. However this time was the last straw! I asked for a specific design and instead of saying "we can't do that" they did the design and messed it up completely! See pics attached! The nail tech knew full and well she screwed up and because I was distracted she continued working on my nails thinking it was okay to leave a big obvious faux pas in my nails. Now- I agree I should have been attentive but I will not support a business that has no ethics! You should do a good job regardless. When I asked for a discount I was give $3 off of 60$ nails! Today (a day later) one of the nails broke! This place has disgusting business practices and I won't spend another dime here and if you are smart you won't either!
