I love everything here - I finally found a sweater and pants that fit me and don't make me look like a squad dumpling - and the candles are the best smelling candles I've ever smelled in my life - I got so many for Xmas gifts and they were super well received! Great taste and sweet staff and a super well curated collection.

They are so good at building window displays. Everything looks beautiful and impressive on the outside. But the clothes are low quality and incredibly high priced. I decided to splurge one day and bought myself a pair of linen pants that were lilac colored, and in hindsight, way over-priced. After only two wears, the dyes wore off turning the pants to the ugliest orange-ish pinkish hue. The pants also lost shape and I had to throw them out.

One of my favorite shops in all of Brooklyn! My boyfriend and I decided to walk all the way from Ditmas Park today to A. Cheng during a snowstorm so that he could buy me a birthday gift there, and I figured all would be fine since Google said that the store was open until 7 (I should have called ahead!). We arrived just after 6, and were super disappointed to find that it was closed. Emily was still inside, closing up; she explained that Covid hours are often different from what's listed online, but then after she heard our story, she took pity on us and let us in and even suggested a few beautiful pieces to me that she thought were extra special. We ended up buying some comfy, stylish sweatpants and a gorgeous wool Emerson Fry sweater. I walked out a very happy woman thanks to the kindness of Emily and the awesomeness of A. Cheng.

I recently purchased a pair of pants I have been on the hunt for. When they arrived they had a little bit of ink on them from the tag (something I have seen happen a thousand times while working in retail!)I let the owner know and within minutes I received a reply from a store associate letting me know the owner would be in touch the next day. Well, I woke up to a full refund! It was totally unnecessary but Dana, the owner, insisted.I work for a major retailer known for their service and even I was impressed! Dana knows what she is doing and more businesses should follow her lead! I cannot say enough great things about my experience!
