My car was totaled by a speeding truck with faulty brakes. Having coverage, but no collision, I was on my own to deal with this driver's insurance company. However, once I called my insurance company, Allstate, I was treated like a 5 star client by Angie Vastardis whose helpfulness and patience made dealing with this situation easier to handle. My husband and I have worked with Kathy Valentine for over 31 years! It is the personalized service we’ve always received from Kathy that has kept us with Allstate for all these years. We’re not just a number with Kathy, she knows us. and when we recently had a problem, it was only resolved because she went to bat and advocated for us. , Thank you, Kathy! Angie Vastardis is one of the main reasons why I’m sticking with Allstate. In a world where everyone is a number, and who you are doesn’t seem to matter, Angie goes more than the extra mile to listen to your concerns and to help you find the best resolution. I think the old Allstate motto was “You’ve got a friend at Allstate” . After being with Allstate for 25 + years, I wasn’t feeling it anymore. Working with Angie changed that! Thank you, Angie!
