The employees at this location needs to properly trained & supervised. They lack common sense!!
I returned a sweatshirt today 12/7/24 at around 6:30 pm. It was $11.99. I gave the guy a penny so he would give me the whole dollar but instead he gave me the $11.99 & my penny back. I asked him why did he do that. His response was....they have to give exactly what is asked. SMDH....How Assinine was that?? I think he just wasn't schooled properly in Mathematics. These are the kind of people Aero hire to work the registers.....Unbelievable, LOL!! Then the so-called young girl manager...wasn't much different from him. Don't know how she made it to that level.
WHEN U DO A RETURN IN THESE STORES, MAKE SURE U GET BACK YOUR ORDER FORMS IF IT'S AN ONLINE PURCHASE. ESPECIALLY IF THEY'RE ADDITIONAL ITEMS ON THE FORM THAT HASN'T BEEN RETURNED, BECAUSE IF DOWN THE LINE U NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING ELSE & U DON'T HAVE THAT FORM OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE, U MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.....SO BEWARE & BE VIGILANT!!!!

This place is a scam this is the second time they do this they over charge on sale items. Tried to charge me $60 on items that were on sale for 60% off he ended up manually entering the price ended up paying $39 and then he looked at me as if it was wrong off me to even mention it.
