Had a FedEx package shipped here that I had to pick up and my experience was unnecessarily horrible. Since I entered the shop the way I was greeted was off-putting. One of the men who assisted me asked me for my name and ID several times although I had already verified this, he then handed me the handheld device to sign to confirm receipt of the package I was there to pick up then just grabbed it back and he signed instead. When I asked him why he did that he just started arguing with me. And the other employee started defending him saying that he wasn’t rude, which he could not verify because he was across the room assisting another customer and had not seen was had transpired. The initial employee then said he would refuse any other packages that came in for me and that I was uneducated. Terrible customer service for a very simple task, not respectful of people that don’t look like them. Very disappointing experience to have had there.

I visited to have my passport photos captured and printed, and the entire process took less than 10 minutes. The photographer was friendly, offering multiple shots to ensure I got the desired photo. He ensured my photo met all requirements and had them ready in an envelope before I even realized!

I've been coming to this Photoshop for a decade now and the owners of the shop they have become like my family whenever I need anything photocopied they are always there for me no matter what . whenever I need photos done or passports in a hurry this is the place to go it's not only about the customer service that they give a great excellent job at to the customers ! it's also about their welcoming personality and their Excellence to getting the job done in a professional manner I am ecstatic to say that if you are in ever need of photographs or photocopies passports sending shipments to other countries this is the place to go in our community 10 across the board ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They refuse to give receipts for DHL package drop offs unfortunately, I would recommend going elsewhere for that.

One stop shop for filled out passport applications - take your correctly formatted photo, print, attach and mail out with priority & tracking - for 2 passport size photos they currently charge under $15, and another $15 to send the application priority mail with tracking.One of the critical reviews was accusing them of trying to charge her to take a photo there, which makes no sense - the price of taking the photo is INCLUDED and they were trying to save her from using a photo that would delay or reject their passport application!These guys know what they're doing and that's a good thing if you have any time constraints for your passport renewal or application.
