On the upside, this place is 5x nicer, quieter and friendlier than the DMV. But the downside is huge, which is that you need to make sure you know what you need before going. They are not as qualified as normal DMV staff. I went for an appointment and was told I needed a title and other documents just to renew a registration. So I paid to overnight a title to me, and got two tickets for an expired registration while waiting, and then when I took everything back to the AAA DMV, they told me I didn’t need any of it. So visiting AAA cost me an extra $200 that I would have avoided by speaking with a knowledgeable DMV employee. I literally received my second ticket while parked outside the AAA office, at the same time that a person inside was telling me I didn’t need all the paperwork I’d waited for. If you go to AAA knowing the staff is nowhere near as knowledgeable as the DMV, you might be ok.

Don’t bother calling, impossible to get through on phone, prompt to receive call back says the mailbox is currently full and hangs up on you. Great system

They didn't update their services. Called them for passport photo. They told no need to reservation it's waking. When I reached the location they told our machine is not working. I am the premium member for 8 years....

Went here to get my international driving permit. Process was smooth. In and out within maybe 15 min? Probably less. Friendly staff as well

Place to serve AAA Members only. Good alternative for many DMV services. Needs made appointment. Lines are short, and plenty of comfort sets to wait. Visited to update real ID driver license. The location has a small parking lot near. It is very convenient for AAA Members living in Brooklyn.

Today my wife and I went to this location to register our truck. We were attended by a gentleman whose last name was Green. He was one of the most pleasant and patient associates I have dealt with anywhere in a very long time. He took care of all our DMV and Passport Photo needs in a very professional and timely manner. I brought with me the wrong insurance card and he allowed me to email the correct one to him so he can print it there. I was a little nervous and made a spelling mistake in his email but he never made me feel hurried or under pressure. He was kept a smile on his face the entire time and we even had a little chuckle with my passport photo. A great experience all around! Kudos to Mr. Green and all the employees at this location as I looked around I'm sure all the employees there would've given me a similar service! AAA++++
