Horrible! overcharged for oil change when I brought my own oil and filter. My car got scratched from one of the workers when they took it in the shop! The guy came to me and said “you going to kill me. I just scratched your car but it’s nothing you can’t even see it!” And yes he did. He recommended me to buy a pen in Autozone to correct it smh 🤦♀️

no stars! I had to put a star just to post this
I brought the car in this morning, Provided all the information on the problem with the car? The person at the desk took all my information down. Had me sign paperwork confirming that I know there’s a fee. What they didn’t tell me was, They had no time to work on my car. No one called me all day. when I called, I was told that they’re checking with the tech And will call me back. Lie! I went to pick up my car at 5:30. Nothing was done not even looked at or even moved. So shitty.! If they couldn’t take care of the car, they should’ve told me that in the morning. I would’ve brought it the next day or another day. I lost a whole days work waiting for the freaking car to not get Serviced. And nothing Was done.

I was having a decent experience and Emilio was super professional in my opinion, UNTIL the last day when the attitude came out of no where as if the money for the parts were coming out of his paycheck otherwise this place would've gotten five stars easily for their hard work with my car. I do understand that this is a high stress job dealing with people but keeping the professional attitude all through a sale is important to business.
I do believe I was nothing but professional and respectful with everyone there but when I was made to sit around for 48 hrs waiting instead of them telling me to come back another day this wasted time. I could've been working or doing something valuable with my time and business I run. I originally came to this location because Emilio was super kind on the phone and the reviews were good. I could've just went to a place in jersey where I live but this place popped up and I decided to give it a try. I am disappointed in how I was treated because work needed to be redone when this place supposedly honors warranties. Like I said, the attitude Emilio gave me at the end was disgusting and I will never ever come back due to this. I said thank you and left.
please work on the customer service of your employees and make sure they get the necessary mental health breaks they need. I work with tons of people constantly so I get how overwhelming it can be but keeping a good energy from start to end of a sale or purchase experience is key to getting people in the door. Because of this poor attitude besides the fact I will not be back I cannot refer the 10s of people with cars I know to you guys for it is hard to find good mechanics.
I will say to be fair the work that I needed was done at the end

This place destroyed my car. I went in with one problem and when I went to pick it up it had multiple problems it never had and front bumper was damaged. My biggest mistake apart from taking it there originally was leaving it there when I found all the other issues that they created when I picked it up. I am still to this day addressing/fixing all the damages the mechanic did to my car. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

10/10 service. Had my camaro for only a short amount of time and handled it very very well.
