These people don’t answer their phone and if they do they will just stay quiet and then hang up..i shouldn’t have to keep calling when I get no return phone call..extremely unprofessional.

The 5-star yell reviews are accurate! to china and Amel , great customer service and they are are so polite and friendly!! the process was faster ,go smoothly and very organized , everything was faster and accurate in process from application to insurance .The car was extremely clean! ,Words can't even express how grateful and thankful .This has by far been one of the best car services that I've used! Highly recommend!! thank ABS rental and particularly china and Amel .
