Don't buy from these stores. Their quality of goods is worse. I'm not kidding. And the employees are rude!🤮

Now I understand why everyone would rather shop online. Customer service is not what it used to be. I usually shop online but I decided to go in person to buy a new pair of sneakers. The sales associates are NOT welcoming. They just tell you they are there to grab something if you need it. I used to work in retail, so I know what REAL customer service is like. When customers engage in conversation about the ITEM they are buying you engage as well. You do not give them a DEAD look as if you could care less. 🙄🙄 People, do yourselves a favor and go to Journeys next door, they are nicer and have a great vibe. You will feel welcomed.

I purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers at this store. After buying them, I wore them for just a couple of minutes to check if they fit properly and were comfortable. Even with only a brief try-on, I discovered that the size was off and the shoes felt too tight.
When I went back to the store to request an exchange, a staff member rudely told me that they don’t accept “worn” sneakers. I find that extremely unfair—how am I supposed to know if the shoes fit until I try them on? If I hadn’t worn them even for a few minutes, I wouldn’t have known about the sizing and comfort issues.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the overall attitude. I hope the store reconsiders its return/exchange policy so that customers have the option to exchange or return items that don’t work out, even if they’ve only been tried on briefly.

Awful and rude service. I was not allowed to come into the store with my service dog, and the security and manager even made fun of me. Unbelievable.

One of the workers, Jeffery, identified a shoe my father wore from the early 70s off an old family video. Unfortunately discontinued but I now know the name of them! (Adidas Italia) He gave recommendations on the next closest thing as well.

Worst adidas I’ve ever been to, they need new people on the floor who actually care about their customers

Very rude security guard not letting people in, I didn’t know adidas could be like this, I only had my Unagi scooter with me and he argued and approached in a very mean way, like I was trying to fight, while I was just asking why I could not enter, it’s the only store in Fulton St, where this happened, having a security guard acting like a bouncer is not good

People wonder why we just shop online these days. I'm looking for a replacement for a men's stan smiths I bought online. No help to be found on floor but women shouts from register what side I need. I explain a MENS 10.5. She says that's a women's shoe. I say I know, I'm looking for a men's. She says that's a different size for women. I say I know, I'm looking for a men's. I know this exists. Back and forth frustration with someone obviously dense. All they need to say is they are out of stock for men's of this model. Will buy from Zappos.

I would rate this experience less than one star if I could. The employees here seem disengaged and uninterested in assisting customers. Despite the store being empty, they showed no willingness to help. When I entered and requested assistance, no one made eye contact or offered help. Even the manager appeared disinterested, merely standing in the corner on her laptop.
I had to approach one of the employees, a tall girl, to request a specific shoe to try on. Despite clearly indicating which shoe I wanted – the white Sambas – she repeatedly asked if it was on the wall. After confirming and pointing out the desired shoes, she brought back the wrong color. Despite my efforts to maintain a friendly demeanor, her response was dismissive, making an awkward face before walking away.
The lack of available assistance throughout the store, especially near the shoe wall, speaks volumes about the level of customer service. It's disappointing to encounter such indifference, especially from a brand like Adidas. There's plenty of room for improvement, and I sincerely hope that Adidas takes steps to address these issues.

Not to often you go into a sneaker store and have friendly staff that's attentive. I'm going to keep it real. I went there to pick an online order. Many times when i do that. You get ignored and treated like you don't matter. I had the opposite. They were welcoming to all customers who did pick ups. They even help me with the fitting of my sneakers and helped me with a return that i had to do from my online order. I hope their corporate sees this and gives them praise for their hardwork and attentive customer service.

Nice branch, most likely empty. Great location. I found very good jackets, and multiple shoes. I will definitely come back soon! There is no private parking
