We had a bad experience with Adina Eden. I purchased a gold necklace for my daughter at the end of August. It was cheaply made and one of the links disintegrated after 70 days. They will not repair or take it back. We will not be purchasing this brand again.

scam alert!!!! It’s been over two weeks since i placed my order and have yet to receive it, not to mention it has yet to be shipped. i have tried emailing and calling and have gotten no response back. really unprofessional for a business to ignore customers when they’re at fault for unsatisfaction of customers who purchase the items they sell.

!!SCAM ALERT!! - This company is selling cheap jewelry at insane prices. you won't know until you receive your order, at which point you will be told that your only option is "store credit". I purchased a pair of “gold earrings” a few weeks ago. I recently took a shower with them and they began to rust. True gold jewelry does not rust.

I usually never post bad reviews but my experience here was horrible and don’t want others to have the same - I Purchased an earring here and was told by the sales associate that it was diamond and solid gold. Went home and looked at my email receipt to find out that the earrings were made with cubic zirconias and NOT diamonds AND the earrings were cheaper on the website than at the store. Adina Eden customer service was largely unhelpful and basically told me to go back to the store even though I do not live in the area and was on vacation in New York. Never received a refund only store credit. Also the fine jewelry quality is horrible I purchased the 14k gold curb chain ring and it broke the first time I wore it. Again adina Eden customer service was unhelpful and did not refund me- just got store credit to buy more low quality jewelry. I posted a review of my ring on the website so that others know it does not hold up and the review was never posted - really dishonest business practices.

Leo was so kind and made my experience seamless. They were clear about pricing and knowledgeable in their expertise. Got my piercing done in less than 10 minutes which sounds skeptical, but everything was done with cleanliness and care. My ears were sanitized 2 times and noticed Leo was careful not to touch anything with his pointer, thumb, and middle finger while handling anything that would potentially touch my ear. All around great experience and would come for another piercing!

I am disappointed with my experience with Adina Eden. I wish I could give them zero stars. I placed an order for over $200 more than a month ago and have yet to receive my jewelry or even a shipping number. What's even more infuriating is their complete lack of customer service. I tried to contact them multiple times through email and Instagram, as they suggest on their website. They responded saying that they will respond within one business day. It has been over two weeks since that response and I have followed up multiple times via both platforms. My order has not moved and I have not received a shipping number.I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Adina Eden to read the numerous one star reviews on Google and BBB and think twice. Save yourself the headache and frustration that I've endured. This company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers is absolutely appalling. I will never do business with them again, and I hope others heed this warning and steer clear of this untrustworthy jewelry brand. It is a scam.

Ordered a custom necklace from online and not only did it appear nothing like the photo, they spelt my name wrong?♀️ their customer service is also awful and won’t help with the problem at hand.

Purchased $300 pair of earrings of tiny gold heart diamond studs - and one broke in half after four and a half months in my ear (I never took them out). Adina Eden customer service and management will do nothing (for ONE earring!) because the warranty only lasts two months after showing a photo of broken earring. Save yourself the money and trouble and go elsewhere with this customer service. I’ll literally go to Clair’s if that is the quality.

My piercing was too small and also dissolved into my ear. I had to go to studs and it turns out I developed an ear abscess. At Adina Eden they don't even give you the proper tools to clean my ear, said that all I had to use was water. HUGE mistake. Now I have to go to regular checkups at studs. Also this wasn't a complicated piercing, it was just on the lobe.

Don't get your ear pierced here it will get infected. I should not have trusted the person doing it.

Do not use this jeweler. They are the same company as the one with 2-stars here (yelp.com/biz/adinas-jewe…) I bought my fiance a fine tennis necklace and it came damaged and did not lay on her neck the correct way at all AND they blamed it on 'her collarbone'. When we contacted them they said we could send it back and exchange it for another item. Great. We sent it back and provided proof which they confirmed they received. We were then assured that Adina herself would help pick out a new product with us. In the meantime, we're been paying Affirm for a product we don't have. This was July (now 4-months ago). Since then we have been told that Adina is going to be busy and has no time to help for multiple months. Our customer service rep has gone completely silent. They have the necklace, we're still paying Affirm and were basically told there was nothing they could do.Customer service and product is terrible. They don't care about you or providing a good service, just filling their pockets. At this point, we just want our money back.

My friends and I went to the pop up store in Brooklyn back in August and dropped nearly $1200.00. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Ruined my entire trip. The girl who helped us was extremely rude and insisted on cleaning my tragus piercing. In hindsight, it was completely unnecessary but I thought she was a professional and accepted her advice. Big mistake. My piercing has been irritated since she cleaned it and I finally had to have it pulled out after I developed an infection. Turns out, the earring had broken and that was irritating my skin. I do NOT recommend this place and regret my decision to purchase anything from there.
