They're so "Jewelry " made of cheap silver by China spray by 10k gold which is going to be disappear after two hand washing. Not well made stones ( glass) would be failed out from ring or any Jewelry they're made. Do not purchase unless you like to waste your money.

Ordered a fine jewelry tennis bracelet during the sale. Of course the item was listed as “final sale” however when I reached out to customer service because the clasp of the bracelet broke not even 24 hours after receiving and wearing it, they informed me that the bracelet is sold out and I can either bring the bracelet myself to a jeweler (and they would only cover up to $50) or they can issue a store credit. I told them I do not want to get it fixed myself as replacing the clasp would likely be more than $50 as I would make sure it was a quality clasp, not the cheap, flimsy clasp that this company uses. They then said they would give me a store credit of $125 if my jeweler decided to replace the clasp completely. I do not want a store credit as there is nothing else I want from this store.This was my second purchase from this company, my first set of earrings has to be replaced twice because the first pair was defective and wouldn’t close and the second pair tarnished (these were real gold and Diamond earrings). I decided to give them a second chance when I saw the amazing sale they were having and completely regret it. Would not recommend purchasing anything from here. Ever. Go somewhere else for much much higher quality and better customer service.

Don't be fooled, this company has rebranded: I bought my fiance a fine tennis necklace and it came damaged and did not lay on her neck the correct way at all AND they blamed it on 'her collarbone'. When we contacted them they said we could send it back and exchange it for another item. Great. We sent it back and provided proof which they confirmed they received. We were then assured that Adina herself would help pick out a new product with us. In the meantime, we're been paying Affirm for a product we don't have. This was July (now 4-months ago). Since then we have been told that Adina is going to be busy and has no time to help for multiple months. Our customer service rep has gone completely silent. They have the necklace, we're still paying Affirm and were basically told there was nothing they could do. Customer service and product is terrible. They don't care about you or providing a good service, just filling their pockets. At this point, we just want our money back.

Not only is this one of my favorite jewelry brands since I discovered them 3 years ago, but the customer service exceeds excellence. Emma was a great help, and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved.

Do not fall for his brand! I ordered 14k gold huggies and when I received them the one didn’t even clasp correctly . I immediately called and return them, when returning I upgraded to a bigger pair and paid the difference. The second pair was fine for about two months and the one day the one clasp wouldn’t close. I yet again contact customer service and return them for a refund. The refund was sent “April 27th” and never received till May 25th after weeks of contacting them many times and rarely got a response. Had to file a dispute with my bank and everything. Once I got the refund A MONTH LATER, they did not even fully credited me the original paid price + the difference I paid in the second pair. Never experienced such cheap earrings and AWFUL customer service. Save your time and money and shop at Mejuri. Had my 14k gold huggies from Mejuri for months now and they’re great quality.

I received an anklet and it broke after two times of wearing it. Very poorly made for the price. I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls and can not get in touch with anyone. Extremely poor customer service and the quality is not worth the price.

Fraudulent company. Order never arrived and 31 emails sent, numerous direct messages to social media accounts and non working phone line, no one has gotten back to me. They charged me $188 and to date I have not been refunded. Bank has filed a claim and I've notified the BBB. Beware.

I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience was absolutely awful. I ordered a 14k ring it came unstamped. They claimed it was real but in the end went back and forth emailing till I finally got a refund. My other daughter’s necklace snapped the night I gave it to her. I have been emailing them for weeks with no results. Experience has been exhausting.

I placed a order on 11/26 and have yet to receive it. You can not reach any one by phone and or by email zero customer service. I have called and emailed numerous times and no one gets back to you. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They should ashamed of themselves!

Stay away. I bought some jewelry on 11.23 and it never arrived. I emailed them 4 times and tried calling them without any response. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company - good thing I have proof from Shopify that it was never shipped and from my emails. Don't waste your time.

HORRIBLE. I spent $170 and my credit card was charged, only to get an email, AFTER I inquired about my order FOUR WEEKS later, telling me they lost the items I purchased. I was offered a refund or exchange for same price. I responded and was then ghosted. I have followed up several times. My card was charged, but I never received an items, and any time I reach out for "customer service," I get no response via email or phone.
