Adorama Rental Co. provides a wonderful rental experience with patient and knowledgeable service. Staff are extremely responsive and helpful, setting up equipment and adjusting last-minute requests. They recommend the best gear for any budget and shoot. Their messenger company is also really helpful. It is considered the best rental company in NYC, with great customer service that ensures a happy return.
Needed to test out the right lens for an art photography project, and had a fantastic experience with Adorama Rentals. The website was simple to navigate, the inventory was excellent, and then pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely use them again!
