Absolutely adore Adore! This is hands down my favorite store in Williamsburg — a true hidden gem that shines brighter than the jewelry it sells (and that’s saying something). From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a calm, welcoming energy and a beautifully curated space that feels both cozy and elevated.
The jewelry selection is unmatched — everything from delicate everyday pieces to statement stunners for special occasions. The prices are incredibly fair, especially for the quality and design you’re getting (a rare find in NYC!). And beyond the jewelry, the store is full of eclectic treasures — chic bags, stylish wallets, dreamy candles, and perfect little gifts that are always on trend.
What truly sets Adore apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable — always happy to help but never pushy. They strike that ideal balance that makes shopping feel effortless and fun, whether you’re browsing or buying.

Cute stuff, but low quality jewelry. Broke pretty quickly and they didn’t want anything to do with it. Wouldn’t even try to fix it when we offered to pay to fix it.

This is always my absolute favorite place to pick out gifts (and jewelry for myself). The team has the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, while not pressuring you into a sale. The energy is calm and casual. The prices are also incredibly fair for jewelry in the city - and the smaller gift items are lovely and on trend! This is an absolute gem of a store. ✨

The CZ earrings I bought here felt like plastic (make whatever assumption you'd like!). I only realized this after I took them home and examined them. They then immediately chipped in half two days later. I brought them back to the store to return them and was told this was "against store policy." Any reasonable person would assume that a "no-refund policy" applies to, for example, changing your mind, and not defective products. I was told that I should have taken better care of them (lol), and that no one has ever had this problem. Additionally, I was told "what do you expect from $90 earrings," as if my money is meaningless, and I should assume everything that I buy will break upon purchase? Okay. If the customer service wasn't so wild, I would have not left this review and called it a day. Giving one extra star for the refund they eventually gave after I was berated :)

Unfortunately, I had a pretty negative experience at this shop. They have really cute things but the quality is very poor. I bought an ear huggy, and within one month it broke. I’ve never had that happen with any other earring.

This place has really cute items, but the quality is really bad. I bought an ear hugger for $35 and it broke within one month. I wouldn't recommend this spot. It's a pity because they have cute stuff.

It is so hard to find jewelry like this anywhere else!!! The jewelry is sophisticated and elegant. There are lots of beautiful handmade items reasonably price and the ladies working there were super helpful.

Great options at a great value, and excellent customer service. Wanted to buy a pendant necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas and had a hard time deciding. Luckily, I received great help and suggestions from the sales associate. Also bought her a quirky card to go with it (they have endless options) and she loved them. Will definitely be coming back to shop for future occasions. 10/10!

Love love love this little shop!! Beautiful selection of jewelry and cute little gift ideas for every occasion!! I bought a gorgeous pair of gold vermeil earrings for my best friend recently and she loved it. Customer service was so attentive and helpful, and really took their time helping me decide on something. No rushing, no pushing me to buy something more expensive. Absolutely ADORE -.~ this store and will be coming back!

This place and the employees that worked here made me feel terrible. I asked about a confusingly priced incense burner and they metaphorically spat in my face, and rudely told me that I can check the price for myself under the dish. I had already done that, I was asking if the burner itself and the plate were priced together.They were so unfriendly and did not want to help any of the customers out. I was even thinking about returning the item I bought later but didn't because their potential wrath terrified me. Their items were ok, but they really need to work on customer service. Very unprofessional of them. I hope they were just having a bad day. Hugs and kisses.
