I came in to put a new bumper on a Mercedez. I had doubts and was a bit worried. but they were excellent. My Mercedez looks brand new. I was even given a paint job. So professional .and it didn’t even take long I got my car back in 24 hours I love how my car looks again .Service: Painting

Went there for a minor front bumper paint job. Like everyone else, I was promised an excellent service. Big mistake. Upon my inspection, I’ve noticed the painted area was grainy and distorted. My 9y/o son would do a better job, if asked. So, I contacted them again and they agreed to fix it. However, I was thinking if I didn’t complain about the poor quality they’ll never admit the wrong-doing part. Once I picked up the car, I pulled over by 7/11 for a cup of coffee and I've noticed that they replaced(stole) my rear M Sport license plate frame for which I paid $80. I purchased it from the dealer and exchange for it I got a Chinese knock-off they probably had in their shop.Such a shame and since I couldn’t prove it, I simply let it go. Despite all, they believe that ordinary people's lack of knowledge made them mark who deserved to be cheated. Sort of like the wolf thinks sheep are designed to be eaten and despises them for it. So why should he not steal parts from them? They really thought that their lowlife criminal behavior made them superior to their law-abiding customers and maintained that only the naive or stupid were honest. The problem is that I didn’t catch the mechanic doing this and while everything looked good and undamaged, it was hard for me to prove it, forget about getting 3 times compensated for it, like for example, in Michigan.To close this annoying story - If you want to avoid scamming techniques, poor quality job, and criminal psychology supported by arrogance and being ripped off, You should stay away from this business.Service: Body & Trim
