Our company worked with a buyer named Daniel last Mother’s Day. We provided flowers under a written payment plan, but the scheduled payments were not completed. Because of this unresolved balance, we personally would not engage in future business with him. Other sellers may want to ensure clear payment terms before completing any transactions. Dear Manager please don't have Employees like this.

I've been at this storage unit for years and now that it's under new management they are money hungry and want to sell your belongings for a couple of dollars. Daniel the original man that has been there been really respectful and honest. These other people got to go for real

I've been a customer with Affordable for over 5 years now. When I first got there, I was greeted by Daniel. Daniel was the person who made me feel comfortable and that my items would be safe and secure. Of all the staff that I have encountered, Daniel is top notch.
Now that they have new management and are going automated, things seem to be slipping.
Yesterday (7-16-25), I got stuck in the elevator between the 1st & 2nd floor. I pressed the HELP button numerous times, yet nothing happened and no one responded. I called the main number twice and it wasn't until the second attempt that someone picked up the phone. I told the customer service operator the situation of being stuck in the elevator with a dolly and my items to be stored and, was told that they would have to get in touch with Management.
I am a person who uses a cane and truly didn't want to 1. Get locked in the facility or 2. Spend a night in the elevator. Luckily, I was able to open the gate and the door; get my items off the dolly and then climb out of the elevator.
Needless to say, there should be personnel on site, or at least cameras and a phone in the elevator in case any situation arises. I hope that the new management will at least consider or reconsider their position on this matter.
