Beware of this driver. Road rage and highway littering. He chased another car and throw a water bottle at it on i-278 near exit 32B. Not sure why this driver is qualified as a WAV driver.

Two grave disappointments in Sep 2022:1. Trip from Manhattan to JFK: Driver never showed up.2. Trip home from JFK: Driver was paid extra to meet us inside, but waited outside in his car while we searched for him in the pouring rain. Later he held our luggage hostage for a tip.Outrageous. Never using them again.

Exceptional service! I have used them more than 5 times and was never disappointed. Drivers are very friendly and professional. Vehicle is very clean and comfortable.
