I had my car’s transmission repaired at Allstate Transmissions, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the process and pricing. Horrendous service. They fixed my sister's transmission for $3,000, and then the oil started leaking, so we came back to get that fixed. We left the car with them overnight, and the next thing we know, the car is in New Jersey being driven around. We have a tracker on the vehicle. When we confronted them they denied it. We can also confirm this not only with the tracker but also with the gas level being much lower. They DID NOT even inform us that they will be taking the vehicle to another state.
A bunch of scammers and liars!!!! Never go here unless you want problems.

My whole family uses this transmission shop. Great service, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with them. Price is fair and everything is on time like they say. We have been using them for years. Top transmission shop out there. I highly recommend it.

I was not satisfied! They inflate the cost of repairs; after the repair, an oil leak formed from the transmission, which led to repeated disassembly! Repeated analysis resulted in an additional fee for the wheel alignment service! To the question “Why did the oil leak form?” Reply received; Manufacturer's wines. Parts! Therefore, compensation for payment for the wheel alignment service was denied! It was also established that the car was used for personal purposes while it was being repaired while traveling to a neighboring state! Therefore, I do not recommend contacting this workshop!
