I use to love Angelas cakes. But last few tines I've gone the cakes are definitely not the same. Last time they gave me wring filling and cake taste was not as usual. Today i bought another cake for my daughter bday and the frosting was hard and sticky like glue. Also, the inside cake part was alittle hard as well and did not taste like Angela's cakes. What is going on in this place? It was my favorite bakery. Not to mention prices has gone up and for what? For cake that doesn't taste like good?. We ended up throwing the whole cake out. Waste of money. So sad we can't go back to this bakery and need to find a new place because this is nasty cake now.

The worst place to buy a cake attention ?? nasty talk and the cake absolutely bad the 3 leches looks like flan de leche and taste like rotten eggs and milk not recommended to no buddy

Angela's has some wonderful Dominican cakes for every occasion. The prices are wonderful the service is very pleasant. I think I went to him for about 5 years now.Vegetarian options: The cakes are made with eggs I'm not sure if they'll do a vegetarian cake You can always call and find out.Parking: You have to find parking. Sometimes difficult. They're very popular and they get a lot of business.

AVOID this place. The cakes are very hard and no longer have that Dominican feel and taste. The girl in charge is very rude and do not know how to deal with customers. They need to re-evaluate leaving the store in charge of that rude hoodlum. NO compren en esta tienda. La encargada es bien abrupta y no sabe cómo tratar a la gente además los bizcochos son duros y ya no saben a bizcochos dominicanos.

This is the first time I ever had to write a bad review and this is it. I ordered a 1 pound cake and the price was $130. The issue came when they put the wrong color for the cake for one of the flowers. When I tried to bring up the issue in a calm tone there was no desire to help fix the problem. To make it worse another client on line came and interrupted our conversation to be seen when there were other workers there to help. She was saying how my cake didn't have any issues and I should be happy with it while yelling the whole time. The person who bought it was me not her. I did not engage with this person as I didn't want to drop to her level. The workers didn't bother to try and calm her down but instead one of them congratulated her for defending their shop ?. This is the first and last time I'll ever buy from here and it was recommended. Not even 30 minutes later the cake started to fall apart on its own. Not worth the money and it seems they don't know how to make a cake.

Appalling customer service - terrible . Custom order was gotten wrong and they refused to take accountability of their error, including the owner of the bakery. A real shame because it's a neighborhood spot and the cake is delicious, my guests loved it. But great tasting cakes are a dime a dozen in Brooklyn so will have to go somewhere else.
